SBFP Program Terminal Report

1) This report summarizes the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) implemented at Guiom Elementary School for SY 2018-2019. 2) The program targeted 78 beneficiaries and was completed over 60 days.  Lack of feeding room  The parents of the beneficiaries
helped repair the PTA building for
feeding use
 The school is far from the market.  Goods are purchased in volume. 1
teacher offered to accommodate
purchase meats, fish and other goods
be stored in their personal
refrigerator.
 Difficulty in liquidation process.  The School Bookkeeper designate,
(particularly on the first tranche) Disbursing Officer and Feeding
Coordinator assisted the schoolhead
in the process

 Parent volunteers were grouped and assigned a particular day to assist the hired
cook in food preparation.
 Proper handling of food was used.
 Pupil beneficiaries were taught proper hygiene and manner before, during and after
each meal.
