Development of an ecommerce Application for Nursery. (Android & iOS)
Project Description:
We will develop the app keeping in mind the requirements of the client and the
services that he offers- nursery items. The app would deal with sale of variety
of plants, All the details of the details & data for which will be uploaded and
managed by the admin.
1. Introduction
1.1 Purpose
The purpose of this document is to brief about the working and processes
involved in the back end of a nursery application with single vendors.
1.2 Intended audience
This project is a prototype for a nursery products selling app. This specific
app is designed for a business that seller to sell products (in this case,
nursery products) to customers based over a wide geographical location.
1.3 Project Scope
This online app makes it easy for business enterprise to set up a platform
where they can sell their products (nursery products) to customers over a
wide geographical area.
2. Overall Description
2.1 Front-end App
This is the section which is visible to the users of the app and buyers get
the option of registering through the designated sections. The users will be
able to check all the products available for selling in the application.
2.2 Admin Panel
2.2.1. Category
Product Category- The admin will be able to add the categories & details of all
the products (name, description, price, guidelines) that he wants to sell from the
app. The product details already updated can be edited or deleted from this
section as well.
2.2.2 Sub-Category - The admin will be able to add the categories & details of
all the Sub-Category products with images, price, discounted price, product
descriptions.
2.2.3 The admin will be able to add or edit the banners visible on the app to
the users. The admin will be able to add the images and the links that the
banners would redirect the user.
2.2.4 All Listing
List of product- The entire list of all the products enlisted on the app are visible
from this section.
2.2.5 Client Enquiry
Enquiry list- The list of all the enquiry placed through the app will be visible
over here. The admin will be able to check all the enquiry placed by user or
Customer to purchase.
2.2.6 Client Enquiry Details
All the inquired client details will show with client name, contact no, email id,
location, requirement details.
2.2.7 Client Feedback
All the review & Rating given by clients will be visible here
2.2.8 Account Details
All the order made by client will be visible over here with date & amount, total
revenue earned can check from this section.
Total online & COD payment can track from this section.
2.2.9 Inventory Notification
Admin can manage their stock & inventory from this section, once any product
add in the app will automatically update the stock & deduct from stock upon the
selling of products
2.3 User panel
2.3.1 Client Register/Log-in
Client needs to download the application from play store & register on the app
with basic details & then they log-in to app for check out the products listed in
the app.
2.3.2 Online Order or Inquiry
User can place order directly from the application or able to raised inquiry for
the products they wanted to purchase.
2.3.3 Product Search
User can search their required products from the mentioned category or able to
search by entering their name manually.
2.3.4 Online Order
User can place their order with online payment or COD option
2.3.5 Review & rating
User can review & rate the product & delivery service upon the order
completion.
2.4 Security Requirements
It is ideal to run the app with encrypted passwords to ensure security at all
points in time.

Client can schedule time for pick-up & delivery for items.
Price Quotation
INR 59,000/- +18% GST= INR 69,620/- (Android & iOS Application)
1st installment (30% of the total amount) – While starting the project
2nd installment (next 30%) - After the design is completed
3rd installment (remaining 40%) –After the completion of the app development
& before hosting.
We offer free maintenance for the first year and then from the Second year,
the annual maintenance charge will be 20% of the cost of development.
