GUITNANGBAYANIHAN PROJECT 2020

To: Steering Committee

1. In connection with the upcoming Brigada Eskwela 2020, our school will launch a relief good
giving project with the theme “GuitnangBAYANIHAN, an Adopt-a-Family initiative of
Guitnangbayan Elementary School Teachers.” All teachers are cordially invited to
participate in the said project.
2. The project aims to:
a. Provide assistance to the less privileged GBES learners who are suffering from the
lockdown due to COVID 19 pandemic;
b. develop the spirit of bayanihan and generosity in times of the ECQ; and
c. strengthen the partnership with our stakeholders.
3. The project will observe the following process:
 The teacher may choose his/her own recipient of the food packs amounting to not
less than Php200.00. This may include instant noodles, canned goods, coffee,
cooking oil, bread or anything available in your house.
 A simple letter of encouragement should be included in the relief packs.
 The area for the collection and distribution of relief packs were listed below. See
attached enclosure.
4. Teachers who will participate in the activity should fill up the online registration and the food
packs be turned over to the person in-charge in your area.
5. Widest dissemination of this memorandum is immediately desired.
