Greetings!

Thank you for a wonderful and productive school year. Firstly, I can’t thank everyone enough for your endless hours of
patience and doing whatever was necessary to support students—both at home and at school.

We know there is a lot of uncertainty with the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) being felt around the world.
Healthcare systems are reaching their limits and have even gone beyond to contain this pandemic. We are in uncharted
territory as the news changes daily. For us, the well-being and safety of our students is our first priority. Please stay safe
and avoid travel. Social distancing has been recommended as the best measure to reduce transmission of the virus and
enable our health systems to cope.

We are pleased to inform you that your ward is promoted to the next grade based on his/her performance in the academic
year 2019-20.

At this juncture, as we await to begin the new academic session kindly note the following points: -

1) Textbooks, notebooks and uniforms for the new academic year are ready and the date of issue will be intimated later
keeping in mind the safety of all.

2) Since the school office is closed, we request you to pay the maintenance fee for the academic year 2020-21 “Online”
for the school to function smoothly.

3) After the fee payment, it is mandatory to fill up the attached form along with the student details to generate the receipt
for the payment made.

4) Please pay the fees directly to the School Bank account through IMPS/NEFT Mode on or before 10th April 2020.
