The case

The recommendation that can give to address this issue about the effect of mobile phone in
Grade 9- Students are first time management. There no load and no cares if you are using mobile
phone but all the things we do has a needed of time management. To not getting a bad impact on
it to us. Second is spend time with family, friends and to your studies. Instead of using your
phone all the time for a nonsense matter or situation just give it to your family or to you’re the
time because the relationships of the students to their family is very important and also to their
studies. Third is surrender. It is not about of surrendering your over or personal things like your
mobile phone. It is about of how while you give time to the other things or situations that has
more important instead of using mobile phone. And the last is focus. Focusing on your studies,
focus on your family and especially give a focus on your self because it is very important not
give focus on your mobile phone because it ruined your life. A part from the negative effect
through the usage of these phones by the students. It also have some other effects which maybe
psychological. The addictive nature of all phones has concerned psychologist for years.
Recently, psychologist have warned that phone users are especially at risk of becoming addicted
to their phones out of habit or compulsion, but habituality checking can be a way to avoid
interacting with people. Some people can experience withdrawal symptoms typically associated
with substance abuse, such as anxiety, insomnia, and depression, where they are without their
phones and all these are combedided to the course of academic relapse of students who fale into
this category.
