Mock Interview Rubric

The rubric evaluates interviewees on several key skills: appearance and greeting (first impression), knowledge of the organization and position and ability to relate skills to the job (interview content), formal and clear communication (verbal skills), eye contact, body language, and posture (physical presence), expressing interest and asking questions (closing). An excellent interviewee demonstrates preparedness in all areas, while a poor interviewee shows little knowledge or enthusiasm and lacks basic communication skills.
