MACHINE PROBLEM
1. Consider an arithmetic expression of the form a # b = c. Check whether it is possible to replace with one of the
four signs: +, -, * or / to obtain a correct expression.
1st Sample Program Run

Output: True
Note: Output is true because 2 and 3 can result to 5 using +.
