Org Values update:

1) Execute the Transaction Code: Pfcgmassval (in Development System)

Copy all the Derived Roles and paste in the ‘Roles’ tab by using the ‘Arrow’ button.

Choose the option: ‘Execution with Previous Simulation”


Under the ‘Change’ Option- Please select ‘Replace All’ option.

Put the ‘Organization Level’ e.g. ‘WERKS’ or ‘BUKRS’ etc as per the ‘Change Request’ Requirement
and Click ‘Values’ button and Keep/put the value as provided by Business/Functional Team.

Then Execute it- (The option is on the right end corner for the page in the above screenshot)

After executing, the Captured roles will appear and then Execute it again as shown below.
After the activity is completed, Click ‘Generated Profiles’, as shown below:

Now the activity has been completed.

The below screenshot shows a few of the organizational Level along with its description.
