1. If the Titanic sank somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean, how do you think the news
reached people in England and New York at that time?

There's no "if"; the Titanic sank in the Atlantic. The news reached people in England and
New York at that time through a wireless telegraph. Information about the disaster came fast via
the newspaper, The New York Herald. It sank on the 15th of April 1912, and on the 16th, it was
in all the newspapers.

2. If the Titanic sank today, in what format would people receive or read the news?

If the Titanic sank today, people could receive or read news through various online
platforms and social media. The news will be all over the internet first before it can be
broadcasted on television, radio, and newspapers.
