MIDYEAR MONITORING AND EVALUATION

DATE January 28, 2022

In view of the operational ization of the Enhanced Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan for School
Year 2021-2022, the field is hereby informed of the Midyear Monitoring and Evaluation on February
2-4, 2022 through an online platform.

The School Heads and the BE-LCP Team shall prepare the necessary documents and information to
show the significant development and successes, issues and concerns, challenges and difficulties, and
lessons learned during the implementation of the BE-LCP in the last two quarters.

Attached herewith is the copy of the contextualized monitoring and evaluation tool.

Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.

Goal:
 The goal of BE-LCP 2021 is to remain relevant in its educational programming through equitable and increased access to basic
education and simultaneously deepening the quality of teaching and learning.
 Through the interactive and reiterative efforts to identify constraints, design and implement interventions and increase
accountability to deliver quality education.
 The CALABARZON framework for enhanced learning continuity plan provides the flexibility and lateral thinking for adoption
and operationalization within each schools division’s respective contexts and circumstances and thus the embodiment of the
vision, “one region, 21 solutions.”
Objectives:
Consistent with the goal of BE-LCP 2021 of DepEd Region IV-A CALABARZON, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas aims to:
 capture the significant development and successes of the schools in operationalizing their respective enhanced learning continuity
plan;
 identify the bottlenecks, issues and concerns, challenges and difficulties encountered during its implementation; and
 put premium on the lessons learned, and utilize results for plan adjustment, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
