Please submit a hard copy of your report to the program office (04th floor) on 03/11/2019
Assume you are a management trainee of a selected organization of your choice. After hearing
that you are attending communication classes at ICBT, your manager has asked you to write a
report on what you have learned about communication in the HND bridging programme.
Methods of communication, communication process, the purpose and the importance of
communication, communication barriers and the ways to overcome it. Include the
following in your report
a. Executive Summary (150 words)
b. Table of Content
c. Introduction (150 words)
d. Body (1000 words)
e. Conclusion (100 words)
f. Reference List (at least six references using Harvard style – two books, two
websites and two magazines & printed articles)
