My name is Santino / Jen / Eve, and I'm calling from Hit Rate Solutions. The reason for
my call is because HitRate Solutions is an elite Philippine based Customer Experience
Solution provider. Are you currently looking to generate more leads or drive more
customer engagement?
What do you do? We work with SMEs in technology. Retail and Business services,
interacting with leads, emails or having conversation with customers to drive positive
outcomes.

What we are doing here is -- We provide dedicated associates who will follow your
script and process to --generate appointments, leads, or other tasks, we can offer a
single caller, or a group of people depending on the call volume you’re looking for.
Can I ask roughly if how many leads do you have? Would you like to redial these

General information of our pricing plan:
Regarding the rates -- We work at rates starts from $7 - $7.50 an hour depending on the
block of hours that you would like to purchase. The most popular one would be the 80
hours which is 2 Weeks of full-time calling 8 hours a day that would be $600 for 1
associate and the other one is the full month or 4 Weeks and the rates drops down to
$7 an hour, 1 month cost a Total of $1120. There are no set-up costs, long-term
contracts or additional phone charges or anything.
