INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE CONVOCATION APPLICATION FORM
1. All Candidates who have undergone the course of study in a College should
submit their applications through the Director / Principal of the College
concerned with his endorsement at the bottom of the application.
2. Candidates should necessarily fill in both regular application a n d computer
coding sheet and send them along with the required fee etc. on or before the
prescribed date.
3. CANDIDATES ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO SCAN THE QR CODE IN THE CODING
SHEET AND FILL THE GOOGLE FORM WITHOUT FAIL.
4. Fee for issue of Degree in a Convocation conducted by the University is Rs. 400/-
+ Application cost Rs.25/- total Rs. 425/-
5. The Prescribed fee should be paid through online payment only in the University
website www.tndalu.ac.in.
6. The date of Convocation is not yet fixed. The date will be notified in the dailies later.
7. Candidates applying for B.L. and M.L. degrees should enclose along with
application a copy of their original qualifying degree attested by a responsible
officer in the Government not below the rank of Gazetted Officer. Provisional
Certificate will not however be considered as a qualifying degree for the award of
the above degrees. The Original degree need not be enclosed.
8. Candidates who have not taken their qualifying degree should first take their
qualifying degree and then apply for the present Degree of this University.
9. Issue of Degree Certificates:
a. The Degree of Ph.D. Holders / Rank Holders / Medalists and Scholarship winners
will be awarded at the Annual convocation conducted at the University. It will be
intimated to the concerned candidates through letter and Email.
b. Other Candidates who have opted to receive Degree in Person will receive
their Degree Certificates in the Graduation Day which will be held at their
respective College.
c. Candidates who opted to receive their Degree by Post will be sent directly
through Registered Post from their respective College. A self-addressed
sufficiently stamped cover should be enclosed for sending the Degree
certificate by REGISTERED POST.
10. The application form defective in particulars or Google form not submitted or
Applications received after the prescribed date will not be accounted for that
Convocation and will be processed for the next convocation.
11. Enquiries from candidates as to the receipt of their applications by the Controller
of Examinations / Registrar will not receive attention.
