A NARRATIVE REPORT ON PAQUIBATO


DISTRICT MEET 2024
INTRODUCTION/RATIONALE
A school is a place where students are nurtured toward becoming responsible and productive
members of society. The school provides a means of molding students into capable
employees or professionals in their chosen fields. Mathematics and Science help students
to enhance their reasoning, English helps hone and polish verbal and written
communications, Social Studies promote socialization and awareness, and Physical Education
encourages students to have holistic and active lifestyles and practice the arts of winning, losing,
and teamwork. In other words, participating in physical education provides invaluable life skills.
Sports is one way not only to show the skills and talents of the students but also to develop the spirit
of sportsmanship and camaraderie among individuals.
Another purpose is to enable students to realize their strengths and weaknesses and be
able to improve in each area of sports, as well as to determine the potential athletes’ who will
represent in the higher meets.

IMPLEMENTATION
Paquibato District held the 2024 District Meet at Alejandra L. Navarro Central Elementary
School. The program started with a parade of colors, athletes, coaches, chaperones, technical
officials, tournament managers, and administrators coming from the participating delegations, Line 1
Schools, Line 2 Schools, Line 3 Schools, and Line 4 Schools. In this District Meet, Paquibato District
has a total of ____ athletes in different events. All are determined to bring medals and certificates for
their beloved school.

Everyone is so excited to show their talents in playing sports like volleyball, basketball,
badminton, table tennis athletics, and more. Teachers were assigned to different areas to monitor
the games and the winners. Players were oriented with the rules and regulations of the game. This
activity went well and was fair.
CONCLUSION:
The winning athletes and coaches received certificates and medals for the
efforts they have shown. Not everyone got medals and certificates but at the end
of the day, they realized how important it was they played, they had fun and they
enjoyed the games.
