Human Tram cking and Child Exploitation Task Force.M y duties include the detection and

neutralization ofhum antraftk king,enticem ent,andchild exploitation.lhavereceived training on

the proper investigative techniques for these violations including suN eillance techniques;

interviewing methodsofsvbjects,witnesses,andvictims;and1hepreparation and executionof

arrest, search,and seizure warrants.l have experience in reviewing still ip ages and videos

containing sexually explicitçonducton variousform s of electronic media including com puters,

digitalcam eras,and wirelesstelephones,and 1have discussed and reviewed these m aterialsw ith

SUM M ARY OF PRO BABLE CAUSE

5. On oraboutFebruary 12,2024,theFederalBureauoflnvestigation(FBIIrçceived
atelephoniccompliantregardiàg astatutory rapeofa 15yearo1dminorfemale,(lateridentified
astheEsM inorVictimn),byherteacher,BorisFem andoBastidasCSBASTIDAS'').Anadultfemale,
who identified herselfasthem inorvictim 'sm other,subm itted thecomplaint.

6. On oraboutFebruaty 13,2024,1aw enforcem entreceivedw rittenconsentto search

the device of the M inorVictim .On thissam e date,the M inorV ictim provided infonnation that

she spokewith BA STIDAS viathe schoolemailaccountand laterm oved to personalaccountslo

includeGoogleemails,Googlechatsandtextmessageviaphonenumber(954)520-5147.The
MinorVictim providedtheemailaddress:bbastidaslg8g@gmail.com forBASTIDAS.
7. On or about February 14,2024,the FBl conducted an interview of the school

administrationofChaminade-M adonnaCollegePreparatory(CM CP),whichprovidedinformation

regarding BA STD AS.0n or aboutJanuary 31,2024 through about February 1,2024,CM CP

received m ultiple lnstagram directm essages regarding a sexualrelationship between the M inor
victim and BASTIDAS.TheInstap am directm essagesinstructed CM CP toreview deleted em ails

during July 2023.

8. The CM CP adm inistration explainedthatinitialreview ofBASTIDA S schoolem ail

account revealed no em ails in the inbox of BASTIDAS. CM CP adm inistration,utilizing the

Inform ation Technology Departm ent,wasablcto recoverdeleted em ailsfrom the CM CP backup

server.A Ilemailswereextracted and saved onto aU SB flash drive and provided to the FBI.

9. The CM CP adm inistration m et with BA STIDA S on two separate occasions,

February 1,2024 and February 5,2024.On February l.2024,BASTIDA S denied allegationsto

CM CP adm inistration.

Afterreview ing em ailsrecovered from the CM CP backup server,which were sent

and received from the emailaccountfor BASTIDAS,the CM CP adm inistration printed email

conversations between BASTISDAS and the M inor Victim .On February 5,2024,the school

adm inistration spoke with BASTIDAS in a private m eeting. CM CP adm inistration read

approxim ately five orsix em ailsoutloud to BA STIDAS.These include the following em ails,but

arenotallemailsread to BA STIDAS atthe tim eofthem eeting.

Review ofM inorVictim 'sPhone

Prelim inary review of M inor V ictim 's phone revealed conversations with

bbastidaslg8g@gmail.com identified by the M inor Victim as the em ail account lbr

BASTIDA S and the M inor's Victim 's em ailaccount,w hich she identified as her email

account.

16. On or about August 4,2023, BA STIDAS and the M inor Victim discussed the

possibility ofm eeting up.TheM inorVictim explained she wasonly alone when working at

Publix and thatBA STIDAS could visither there.BA STIDAS tellsthe M inor Victim that

meeting up is Hthe dangerousnotso smartthing to try and do-'' BASTID AS also says,ttlfl

saw youonthejobthatwouldleastbefunnyandcute,probablyjustmakefunofyou,but
once my m ind starts imagining things aboutif1wasthere and you were too Ican only get

myselfinto trouble.''

On oraboutAugust6,2023,BA STIDAS statesthefollowing,tél'm thinkingcrazy

m etup with each other.BASTD AS described holding handsand kissing the M inorV ictim .

20. On oraboutAugust10,2023,BASTD AS andtheM inorVictim discussed m eeting

again with the sam e plan in the shopping centerm'ound 4:30PM on Saturday.Based ollthe

m essagessitappearsSattzrday would havebeen in reference to thedateA ugust12,2023.

29. A prelim inary review oftheM inorVictim 'sphone revealedthatthephone number

forBA STIDAS wassaved in the M inor Victim 'scontactlistas vr unkin''.The phone num ber

Iisted was 954-520-5147.This phone num berw as also saved in the M inor Victim 's phone as

GBoris''and GBoris Bastidas''.Also located on the M inor Victim 's phone w as Child Sexual

M aterial(CSAM )oftheM inorVictim.

Bound(EB).revealedthefollowingdetectionsforthelicenseplatenumberlGMll4.Atthetime,

to personalem ails,messaging and text messaging.The M inorVictim explained she would text

BASTIDA S,via herphone numberto his phone num ber.n e M inor Victim indicated thatthey

saved each otherasHDunkin''in theirphones.

The M inorVictim advised thatBASTID AS washerteacherherfreshm an yearat

CM CP.Atthe end ofherfreshman year,the M inorVictim œsked BA STIDAS for assistance in

running forsophom ore VicePresident.TheM inorVictim stated thatthey em ailed throughoutthe

34. Priorto schoolstarting the M inorVictim explained thatBASTIDAS and

herdiscussed m eetingup to discusstheirfeelingstowardseach other.TheM inorV ictim indicated

thatsheaskedBASTD AStocometoherjob,whichwaslocatedatPublixinMonarchLakes.The
M inorVictim explained thatthey metatlheDunkin in the sam e shoppingplazaand hadtheirlirst

kiss.The M inorVictim advisedthey m etonem oretim e atthesame location beforeschoolstarted.

35. The M inor Victim identified CSAM of herself,which was recovered from her

phone.The M inorVictim described thatshe took thephotosofherselfand sentCSAM imagesto

BASTD AS,som e ofwhich she identifièd in the CAFI.In the CAFI,theM inorV ictim said that

when BA STD A S wasdrunk he asked to seehisgirl'sbutt

BASTIDA S had the M inorVictim perform oralsex on him on m ultiple occasions

to include theparking lotofPublix in M iramar,FL and an abandoned parking lôtin H ollywood,

FL.The M inor Victim described the location via a drawn m ap in orderto described the exact

location ofwhereBASTD A S parked thevehicle when they engaged in oralsex in M iram ar,FL.

The M inor Victim also provided a description of where the abandoned parking lot was in

Hollm ood,FL.

TheM inorVictim advised thatBA STD A S had sexualintercoursew ith heron the

M odelU nitedN ation ConferenceField Trip toN ew York,where he washerchaperon.Prior

to attending the conference,the M inorV ictim explained thatBA STD AS spoke w ith herabout

having sexualintercourse in'

The M inor Victim explained thatBA STD A S had vaginally penetrated herw ithout a condom .

BASTD A S and the M inorVictim engaged in sexualintercoursem ultipletim eswhile in '

also engaged in oralsex.

took ofherself and BA STD A S holding hands.n e M inorV ictim identifed one photo asbeing

40. The M inorVictim described thatBA STD AS provided herwith giftsto include a

bracelet,anecklace,t-shitsand akeychain.The M inorVictim woreabracelet,anecklace,at-shit

and a keychain to the interview,a11which were given to her by BA STD AS.These item swere

photographzd by an FBIemployee afterthe interview.
