Terms and Conditions of Enrollment
1. Miscellaneous Fees will be on per need basis.
2. P.E. and Field Trip costs will be per activity basis.
3. Uniforms, IDs and school supplies are excluded from the tuition fee.
4. An interest of 2.75% per month shall be paid for past due monthly installment w/o need for billing statement or remind-
er. It is the Parent’s/Guardian’s responsibility to fullfill the monthly payment as it falls due. Interest will be automatical-
ly charged.
5. Enrollment is on a per School Year basis and NOT on per Semester basis nor monthly basis.
6. Learning materials/Lessons used are in digital format through an Online Learning Management platform and/or Virtual
Classroom which is teacher-led. Class schedules are fixed by the school and attendance is a must.
7. Adult supervision at home is required and/or advised while the student is In online class. Assignments must be com-
plied within the duration or deadline prescribed by the teacher.
8. Required learning devices for the students are either Laptop/Desktop or Tablet with stable internet connection and
printer with scanner.
9. Students should be placed in a desired or separate location free from distraction or unnecessary noises - a room/
office as his/her area for learning.
10. Students will be charged all the school fees in full for the entire school year if he/she withdraws from class/enrollment
anytime during the school year.
11. Enrollees who availed of early registration/enrollment, no refund shall be entertained to those who withdraw from
classes regardless of whether or not he/she has actually attended classes per Art XIII, Sec. 66 of the Manual of Regu-
lations for Private Schools. Allowable refunds are subject to administrative charges per school policy.
