JOURNALING PROMPTS

Before you start reading the questions, take a notebook and pen, sit in a quite corner, switch off
all the chatter in your mind and write down what you feel about these questions, one at a time!
And you will be surprised to see there is so much you need to know about yourself.

Day 1- Do you have any regrets in life?

Day 2- Do the people in your life make you feel worthy?
