Smart Watch Medical Alert

1- Introduction:
Hello, this is………. working with …….., how are you doing today?
2- Reason of the call:
I’m calling you today regarding the Medical life alarm, I believe you’re familiar
with it, right?
If No: (first time)
It’s a small life saving device, you wear it 24/7, wherever you go, it has a small
emergency button on it that you press in any case of emergency and you’ll
receive the immediate help that you need to your exact location.
If Yes: (If they already have an old device, make sure to mention that we’re not
the same old company, we’re the main provider for the upgraded version of the
medical alert)
We are actually calling you today to assist you to receive the upgraded version of
the medical alert, it has a couple of upgraded features and it’ll be exactly within
the same price range as the old device.
And also, I’ll help you to send back your old device, just to avoid any double
charging, so you’ll only have one monthly payment for the upgraded version.
(before proceeding with the process, we need to understand which version he
currently owns and how much he pays for it)
- So the device that you currently own, does it work with you inside and outside
your house, or just inside your home? (if the customer said that it works
outside his house that doesn’t mean it’s a GPS, it could be a home unit that has
a bigger range, so to double check we’ll ask the following)

For all Versions:
The Medical alert is a small life saving device, it comes in the shape of either a
necklace around your neck or a bracelet around your wrist, you wear it 24/7,
wherever you go, it has a small emergency button on it that you press in any case
of emergency and you’ll receive the immediate help that you need to your exact
location.
Also the device itself is completely water proof, which means that you can wash it
or clean it and take it with you in the shower, and it’s not affected buy any humidity
or sweat.
As I mentioned to you, if you press the emergency button you’ll be connected
automatically to one of our live trained operator who’ll be able to discuss your
emergency and send you the immediate help that you need to your exact location.
Also if you hold the button for a few second you could be connected to any of your
chosen emergency contacts, an emergency contact could be anyone you want, a
family member, a friend, a neighbor or even your doctor, we’ll set their information
in the device and if you want to reach them simply hold the button for a few
seconds and you’ll be connected to them, and we can add up till 10 emergency
contacts on your device.
Home unit Coverage:
The device will be able to detect your location anywhere inside your home and also
for 400 feet around your house.
GPS Coverage:
The device will be able to detect your location all over the USA, as it works with
GPS satellite tracking system, which means, even if you’re somewhere where
your phone doesn’t have signal, your device will be working with you perfectly
fine.

Also it has a great free added feature, which is the automatic fall detection, if you
fall down or if you fainted and you’re not even able to press the button for help,
the device works with smart technology so it’ll be able to detect your fall from
your everyday movement, and will connect you to an operator who’ll ask you if
you need help, if you didn’t respond in a certain time he’ll send you help to your
exact location.
Smart Watch:
It’s the enhanced version of the medical alert that comes in the shape of a smart
watch, that has a small SOS button, that you press in case of any emergency, and
you will be automatically connected to a live, trained operator, who knows who
you are and has a copy of your medical profile and also has your exact location, so
they can get you the help that you need, and keep you safe and protected 24-7.
Also the Smart watch is completely water proof and has an automatic fall
detection feature, applied with the highest technology, to detect the normal body
movement form falling or fainting, and will automatically connect you to a live
operator who can make sure that you’re alright and if you didn’t respond they will
send immediate help to your location.
And unlike a cellphone, they don’t need a signal to use it, as it is working on GPS
tracking systems, and also they will have an Emergency contact person’s
information within the watch that they can reach with simply holding the SOS
button for a few seconds and they will be automatically connected.
The Price:
And because we understand that keeping you safe and your family safe is a
necessity not a luxury, we cover for you most of the expenses on the device, such
as the price of the device itself and also the shipping and handling fees, the only
thing that you cover from your own side, it’ll be a small monthly monitoring fee,

with a Bank account)

(If the customer said that he doesn’t have any of these cards, we make sure in
multiple ways:

- Examples: So You don’t own a Visa, Master
Card, American Express or even a discover Card)

- Can you confirm with me the Expiration date, to make sure that your card is

- If you flip the Card, you’ll see three small digits on the back of the card, can
you confirm it?
- How do you see your name exactly written on the card?
- What date would you like to be charged on every month?

Bank Cards details:

- Bank Cards are either Credit or Debit Cards - Both, Credit and Debit Cards,
have 4 Different types:
1- Visa: will always start with number 4, consists of 16 digits, CVV code on
the back side of the card
2- Master Card: will always start with number 5, consists of 16 digits, CVV
code on the back side of the card
3- Discover: will always start with number 6011, consists of 16 digits, CVV
code on the back side of the card
4- American Express or Amex: will always start with number 37, consists of
15 digits, CVV code on the front side of the card

Bank Account: (if the customer has no cards)
Would you like to cover it through a checking or a savings account?
(if it’s a checking account ask him to grab his check book, if it’s a savings account
ask him to grab his saving book or in some cases they will have a card that has the
account number on it)

- Name of the Bank


- At the bottom of the cheque, you’ll find a straight number of lines, confirm
it set by set:
- Routing Number (will always be the first 9 digits, and we can search it up on
google, using the city and state of the bank that gave him the cheque)
- Account number (could be the second or the third set of numbers, could be
any number of digits, could also start with multiple Zeros)
- Cheque Number (could be the second or third set or on the right top corner
of the cheque, will always be 3 or 4 digits)
- Customer’s Name on the cheque
- What date would you like to be charged on every month?

Confirmation:

Activation fee:
There is an extra 10 $ AS A ONE TIME PAYMENT for the activation fee on your
medical alert system, only for the first month, just to receive your device fully
activated and ready to work, that means your first payment will be (…) and
starting from the second month your payment will be only (…)
Contract:
There is 36 months agreement on the medical alert system which means your
system doesn`t need to be upgraded and it doesn`t need to be changed for at
least 3 years (and the payment will be the same it will never goes up), so in case if
you would like to cancel it or send it back within this period you will pay 75$ as a
cancelation fee but for sure you will not pay this amount of money as long as you
are keeping the device with you, as it will be the most upgraded version so you
don`t have to send it back ever.

I am not sure that I need it:
This is for your own protection and safety, in case that you go through any
emergency and you cannot get the help yourself, but with simple push of a button
at any time you will find the immediate help right away, with a live, trained
operator, who knows who you are and has a copy of your medical profile and also
has an exact location, so they can get you the help that you need, and keep you
safe and protected 24-7.
I don’t think I can afford it.
This is only a 1.60 cents a day for your own safety, and we cover the rest of the
expenses for you, because we understand that the safety of you and your family is
a necessity not a luxury, the price of the Medical alert that retails for at least
300$, will be covered for you as well as the shipping and handling fees.
What would happen when I press the button? Does it connect me to 911 or
what?

No, it will connect you to a live, trained operator, who knows who you are and has
a copy of your medical profile and also has an exact location, so they can get you
the help that you need, and keep you safe and protected 24-7.
And if you press on the button for a couple more seconds you will be connected
to an Emergency Contact, that you selected, it could be your partner, any one in
your family or even your doctor.
Why do I need it, I can use 911?
I understand what you’re saying, but a 911 dispatcher, will not know who you are
until you till him, and you could be in a situation where you can’t even do that, in
addition our live, trained operator, knows who you are and has a copy of your
medical profile and also has an exact location of you, and if you pressed the
button and didn’t answer they will send immediate help to your location,
someone who is also trained and aware of your medical profile.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting money order or even cash because we are
not sure who are you sending the money to or with so we are trying to keep you
in the safe side that`s why we deal with your bank directly because the bank will
never charge you any money without your permission. Also, it’s the same
whether it's taken out of a bank card or a bank account, but using the bank card
will let you know on spot if your payment went through or not, also it will
guarantee for you that the process will be a lot faster like you will be receiving the
device within the next 3 to 5 business days, but using your bank account will take
longer for you to get the device, within 2 to 3 weeks.

Why are you asking me for my bank information?

This is to make sure that you have a valid payment method and you can cover the
payment monthly.

Why do you need me to get the cheque book?
