Thank you for holding on the line, my name is AJ and I am a Final expense product specialist and I will be

happy to assist you for Final Expense quotes. HOW ARE YOU DOING TODAY ?

Great!

We are one of the largest networks of final expenses with an independent insurance brokerage that is
appointed with 40 difference insurance companies and licensed nationwide helping about 2000 families
a year.

May I ask how old are you as of today? what is your age ?

And, In order to pull out rates from your local are can I have your zipcode, please?

So, these are new state regulated plans, designed to cover end of life expenses such as burials / funerals,
cremations, last minute medical bills or any debts and obligations that you may leave, God forbid if you
die tonight, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Since we are specialized in end of life planning we
have affiliation with 40 different top A rated insurance companies like Mutual of Omaha, NewYork life,
AIG, Lincoln Heritage, Liberty, State Farm, Prosperity and many more. So, I will do shopping at all these
windows, just like as you walk into different insurance companies separately and ask them all one by
one about their quotes and benefits. I will do all this at this one phone call and will give you the
cheapest rates with best coverage. Keep in mind, all of these policies will be whole life in nature, which
will never expire on you and their rates will never go up regardless of your age or health conditions. And,
unlike traditional policies, these policies not only have death benefits, they also have living benefits;
such as a benefit called accelerated death benefit, which means if you were diagnosed with a terminal
illness or have an expectancy of death prescribed by doctor within 90 days you can draw up to 50% of
face value of your policy and you can use that within your life like paying your medical bills or taking
care of an event of emergency. I will promise you for 3 things here

1. I will make sure you get a policy today within your affordable budget.

2. There will be no physical exams, or medical exams .

3. You will have no one come to your door step to discuss anything and I will do everything on this one
phone call and by the end of this call I will hand you over your policy number or I will close your file
permanently and let you go for the rest of your life .

Sounds fair!?

A lot of folks I speak with, on a regular basis, would like to get this coverage for either ;

Funeral / Burial

Cremation

Any debts or obligations

Leave something over for their loved ones

what do you reckon? If you choose to get a coverage, what would you like it to do for you?

Note:

We don’t replace insurance policy. We can consider adding extra coverage on the Cx’s existing life
insurance. (Note : replacement can be done if the client has bought there last policy in the last 1 year)

Burial Cremation Leave some money

¬The average cost of burial the average cost of cremation is so how much coverage

Is between $9,100/- to $13,000/- between $2,500/- to $5,000/- you want me to pull out

• Are you currently employed, self-employed, retired or on SSI?

application and find out based on your questions answered if you are going to be approved if you get
approved I will go ahead and provide you a policy number today .

If the client has already told you how much coverage they are looking for please skip the last portion in
yellow

Now Mr client there are 2 ways I can pull out rates for you .

1 either you can tell me how much you would like to spend on your final expense insurance monthly
and I can pull out the maximum coverage you can get in that budget . OR I can go ahead and start from
5000 and go upto 35000 and show you all the options and you decide one of them its totally up to you .
again would you like to share a budget or I should go ahead and pull out rates on all available plans .

Put the information in the quoter and check 3 price in rates and quote them all one by one . start from
the lowest and go till the highest .

Opt:

“Please stay on the line. Give me a moment.” OR “Give me a moment. Please bear with me.”

quoting rule .

tell them following benefits before you quote .

1 . Whole life insurance

2. will have fixed preimums and the plan will never change after you make your first premium .

3. Insurance company name

4. insurance company reputation

5. Coverage amount
6. Coverage type (level , graded , modified or GI ) look following for explaining one of the 3 .

Now, the process is very simple , I will go ahead and fetch my documents and fill up and application then
I will take this call over to a licensed agent to conduct a telephonic interview with the insurance carrier
and they will give us a decision with in a few moments . Once you get approved they will go ahead and
send you the policy in black and white with in next 7 business days at your door step. You can get
started any time within next 30 days by making your first payment on it . A lot of our clients makes there

If the account number is written on there statement like this account number *******3344 then you
will have to ask the client full account number if they can provide it its good other wise you will be
calling the bank with them on the line on a 3 way call and request them to ask for the bank account
number and routing number from the bank .
