Assessment Details

Pass marks are 40% for undergraduate work and 50% for postgraduate work unless stated otherwise.

Assume that your team is a part of a organization and you have successfully completed a project. You are assigned to present
below given areas to the senior managers in the organization after finishing the project. Explain the job role of each team
member during the project and the positive and negative effects.

The presentation should cover the following facts;

1. Team members and their roles and responsibilities (20 Marks)


2. Team members and their existing skills, knowledge, and experience, how they developed them selves after involving to
the chosen project (20 Marks)
3. Team strength and weaknesses, how you overcome those weaknesses (10 Marks)
4. Team communication practices (10 Marks)
5. Team time management, how you managed time effectively (10 Marks)
6. Mention specific actions taken to foster teamwork and achieve team collaboration (10 Marks)
7. Internal and External project resource management (10 Marks)
8. Presentation creation, presentation skills and Q&A (10 Marks)
Presentation Instructions

Every group member should contribute to the presentation. Slide count should not exceed 15 slides. Overall allocated time
duration per group is 15 minutes, for presentation 10 minutes with Q&A session of 5 minutes.

Word count (or equivalent):

This a reflection of the effort required for the assessment. Word counts will normally include any text, tables,
calculations, figures, subtitles and citations. Reference lists and contents of appendices are excluded from the
word count. Contents of appendices are not usually considered when determining your final assessment grade.
