Step 2 - Authentication Login
Internet access to the Medco Client Website requires completing an 1. Open your Internet browser and go to the Client Website at:
Authentication Login and Client Website Login. The Authentication Login https://client.medco.com.
uses a PASSCODE that is dynamically generated from an RSA SecureID
program. There are two types of RSA SecureIDs. One is known as a “Soft
token” and comes from software that resides on a user’s computer. The
second is a “Hard token” and is produced on a device that is separate from
the computer. Both logins use the same User ID.
Step 1 – Get your Passcode
Soft Token Passcode Use
1. Open the Token Software.
2. Enter your PIN.
3. Click Enter The Token Software displays your new Passcode.
2. Enter your Client Website User ID, Passcode and click "Send".
Soft token: Paste (click "Ctrl-V") the Passcode from the Software Token
application.
Hard token: Enter your Pin and the tokencode from your RSA SecurID
Hard Token.
Step 3 – Client Website Login
1. Enter your Client Website User ID, Password and click "Login".
4. Click Copy! in the menu bar.
5. Close the Soft Token application. Note: If login is unsuccessful after three attempts, your access will be
locked-out and you need to contact the Website Support Group at
1 866 996-3326 to reset the login.
Hard Token Passcode Use
The Hard Token displays your current tokencode.
Your PIN + the tokencode = your Passcode.
