necessity for awareness and proactive engagement has never been more critical. Project
Inside-Out aims to address these pressing issues by fostering a supportive environment at
Central Taytay Senior High School. This initiative seeks to empower students, educators, and
the community to recognize, understand, and advocate for mental health well-being.

The symposium will serve as a platform for open dialogue, education, and resource
sharing. By inviting mental health educators and advocates to share their insights and
experiences, we aim to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Participants
will engage in workshops, discussions, and activities designed to enhance their understanding
of mental health, promote self-care strategies, and cultivate resilience.
In conclusion, "Project Inside-Out" represents a vital step towards prioritizing mental
health in educational settings. By engaging the Central Taytay Senior High School
community in meaningful conversations about mental wellness, we can collectively
contribute to a healthier future for our youth.

Project Description
Our goal is not only to raise awareness but also to equip attendees with practical tools
that they can apply in their daily lives. Through interactive sessions and collaborative
learning, we hope to inspire a culture of empathy and support within the school community.
By fostering connections among students and staff, "Project Inside-Out" aspires to create a
lasting impact that extends beyond the symposium itself

anonymously via note cards, ensuring everyone feels comfortable
participating.
c. Provide Resources and Follow-Up Support:

related to mental health.

i. Prepare printed handouts summarizing key points from the
presentation, along with local mental health resources, hotlines,
and support services.
ii. Set up a resource table where students can pick up brochures or
flyers about mental health topics and services available in the
community.
iii. Organize a follow-up meeting or informal gathering where students
can discuss what they learned and seek additional support if
needed.
iv. Provide food accommodations after the symposium.
