• An open office is a workspace layout devoid of partitions, cubicles, or other means of separating people. It is
seen as an answer to issues of communication and hierarchy by encouraging a collaborative workflow on
equal ground; multiple people with multiple points of view around a variation of furniture.
• Clear passages between rows of desks and dynamic chair movement should maintained a width of 24"-36"
(61 to 91 cm) with the overall distance between desks ranges between 78"-96" (198-244 cm)

This includes space for the chair and table, as well as room for
movement. Chair Width: About 50-60 cm. Space Between
Chairs: Around 15-20 cm to ensure comfort.

For a room with 10 people: The room needs to be between 18 to

25 square meters. For a room with 20 people: The space would
need to range between 36 to 50 square meters.
Manger room

functional, and comfortable space for leadership tasks.
It includes a spacious desk, ergonomic chair, storage
solutions, and a minimalist aesthetic, ensuring a
professional yet relaxing environment for decision-
making and meetings.
