Guide for Using
ZOOM is an application that created for online meeting and multiple attendees.
It provide a space for audio, video calls, and sharing materials and documents.
Following is a simple guide that could help you to get the point.
I. Download the application
1. Please click this address and download the application from official website.

<Reminder> It is suggested to use laptop or tablet to join the training because the screen is much bigger.
2. After download and install it, you will see an application icon in your device.
II. Check the device and equipment
1. If you are computer users, please prepare an earphone, microphone and a camera. The lecturer might
talk with you during the courses.
2. If you are tablet and smartphone users, please check if the function of each equipment is normal.
III. Start using ZOOM.
1. Click the icon, you will see this picture. Choose “Join a Meeting”.
2. And you will see this picture. Please enter your name.
To let everyone know you rank and name, please use “RANK+NAME”.
Then, enter the course ID which provided by the meeting host.
3. Enter the meeting password which provided by the meeting host.
IV. Trouble shooting
1. If you can’t hear anything after join the meeting. Please check the icon in the left bottom on menu bar.
Click the “join Audio” icon.
While you see this kind of icon, the audio function supposed to be normal.
