REFLECTION

My classmates regular use of social media and their phones makes it obvious that gadgets
play an important function in our daily lives. While some of us use our phones for less
about 4 hours every day, others use them for as much as 18. There are dangers to
spending too much time staring at screens It may cause us to feel exhausted and less
alert. It's also bad for our bodies. Back pain and headaches can result from spending all
day in front of a screen. Overusing social media could result to poor way on how we see
ourselves. We can limit the amount of time we spend on our phones in order to fix this.
We might also try to keep our focus from social media by concentrating on activities like
sports or hanging out with friends. It can also be good to take breaks from our devices and
engage in offline activities. Even if social media and phones are wonderful, we should use
them less often and spend time doing other activities instead if we want to be happy and
healthy.
