Details of Services
1. Helium Leak Detection Test by Vacuum and Pressure Method:
Method:
In Vacuum Helium leak test system, the part is placed in a sealed chamber, secured, and
a vacuum pump removes all the atmosphere from the chamber and part. After a
sufficient vacuum is reached the test cycle begins. The Mass Spectrometer begins to
sample the chamber for helium, at the same time, the part fills with helium to test
pressure specifications. The mass spectrometer continuously samples for tracer gas
escaping from the part, analyzing the Helium molecular flow compared to the reject set
point for the test. If Helium measurements exceed the reject specification the part fails
the leak test.

2. Fugitive Emission Test:
Method:
Fugitive emissions are emissions of gases or vapours from pressurized equipment due to
leaks and other unintended or irregular releases of gases, mostly from industrial
activities. As well as the economic cost of lost commodities, fugitive emissions
contribute to air pollution and climate change.

3. Type / Product Acceptance Test (TAT / PAT):
Method:
Type / Product Acceptance Testing of Valves by subjecting the valve to a combination
of mechanical, pressure and temperature cycling simulates the actual operating
conditions the valve will be subjected to during normal operation.

4. Cryogenic & Low Temperature Test:
Method:
During cryogenic testing components are enclosed in an insulated tank and immersed in
liquid nitrogen with 100% Helium as the search gas in order to simulate operating
conditions. Our state-of-the-art computer systems monitor for seat leakage,
temperature, and pressurization.

5. Fire Safe Test:
Method:
This includes tests to determine the resistance to a burn under controlled conditions as
defined in common industry codes, specifications & standards, e.g., API STD 607, API
SPEC 6FA, BS EN ISO 10497. The complete fire test is monitored, and all relevant values
are logged by a computer. The acceptance of the test results is related to internal
leakage of the valve seat and the external leakage of the valve during the burn.

7. Pressure Test: Hydrostatic, Pneumatic & High Pressure Gas Test
Method:
A hydrostatic test is performed by using water as the test medium, whereas a pneumatic
test uses air, nitrogen, or any non-flammable and nontoxic gas. Pressure tests (both
hydrostatic and pneumatic) must always be performed under controlled conditions,
following an approved test plan, and documented in a test record. A single approved
test plan could be used for several similar tests, but for each test a separate test record
is required.
