Children today are spending too


much time on mobile phones. What are the
reasons for this? What solutions could
encourage children to spend less time on
technology?
In modern life, mobile phones are
playing an extremely significant role in every
person’s daily life. In recent years, despite
being harmful, the use of mobile phones has
increased very much among children, which
raises concerns among parents and teachers.
The essay will discuss the reasons why many
children are using mobile phones and try to
find out the ways to fix this problem.
One primary reason why a large
number of children spend hours daily on their
mobile devices is the easy access to
entertainment because games, videos and
apps are designed to keep them busy and force
them to play and watch more. Moreover,
children want to do what their friends are
doing, so they also use mobile phones like
others. Parents sometimes allow their children
to use mobile phones, which gives them more
time to do other things.
To solve this problem, we need to do
a few things. First, parents can make strict
rules about when and how long their children
can use their own mobile devices. Parents can
also help by using their mobile phones less
and spending more time with their children as
a family. Besides, schools can create fun
alternatives without using more screens.
Taking everything into account, in
conclusion, I would like to say that by
working together, we all can make positive
changes with good rules and fun and healthy
alternatives in our children’s life.
