App Quick Set-Up Guide
(for Apple iPhones and Google Android Phones)
Congratulations! You are almost ready to start your monitoring period and potentially earn up to a 30% discount as a
reward for your demonstrated safe driving habits.
Here are a few quick steps on how to set up and register your account on the My_BRIDGE App.
1. All participating drivers will receive a text message with a link to download the App. Ensure your App Store is set to
Canada.
2. Once the App has downloaded, tap the Register button on the first screen.
3. You will then be asked to enter:
Your name (ensure it is the same name as listed on your Pembridge Automobile insurance
policy).
Your cell phone number. Note a 6-digit verification code will be sent to this number via text
message in order to complete the registration process.
A valid email address (the verification code will also be sent to this address).
Then tap Continue.
4. When the 6 digit verification code is received via text message, enter it on the next screen
If the text message isn’t received, you can tap ‘Resend Code’ and a new one will be generated. You may
also request the code be sent through email by tapping ‘Send to email’.
5. You will then need to read through the Terms of Service and tap “I Accept” in order to proceed.
6. Next a pop up screen will appear asking you to allow My_BRIDGE to access your location. Select “Always Allow” in
order to ensure the most accurate trip tracking.
7. Almost done. The next set up screens ask that you activate Location Services, Activity Recognition and Wi-Fi, all
of which ensure the most accurate trip tracking and battery optimization.
8. Your account set-up is now complete. Tap on Enter App to get started.
