1. Tell me a little about yourself, please?
My name is Dương Văn Nơi. I’m studying Information Technology at Dong Nai
Technology University. I’ve developed strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
and React. I enjoy building user-friendly websites, learning new technologies,
and solving problems with code. I’m responsible, motivated, and always eager
to improve.
2. What position do you want to apply for?
I would like to apply for the Frontend Developer position because it matches
my skills and passion. I enjoy creating responsive, modern interfaces and
working with frameworks like React.
3. What did you learn from your internship?
During my internship, I learned to build real web applications, fix bugs, and
work in a team using Git. I also improved my time-management and learned to
meet deadlines under pressure.
4. Could you tell me about your previous job experience?
I worked as a frontend intern at a local tech company. I helped develop
responsive websites with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, and collaborated
closely with designers and developers.
5. What special skills do you have for this job? Have you got any soft skills?
I’m proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and familiar with Git, and VS
Code. My soft skills include teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. I
stay calm under pressure and always seek feedback to improve.
6. Do you manage your time well?
Yes. I use a planner and a daily to-do list to organize tasks. I set clear priorities
and break big tasks into smaller steps. For example, during my internship I
balanced multiple projects by planning carefully and finishing on time.
7. Do you speak any other languages?
Yes. I speak Vietnamese natively and I’m fluent in English. I use English for
reading technical articles and team communication.
8. Please tell me about your interests outside of work.
Outside of work, I enjoy coding personal projects, exploring new technologies,
and playing video games. These activities help me stay creative, sharpen my
logic, and relax.
9. What is your greatest strength?
I learn quickly, work well in a team, and stay calm under pressure.
10. How about your biggest weakness?
I tend to focus too much on small details, which can slow me down. But I'm
learning to balance quality with speed to work more efficiently.
11. Why do you want this job?
Because it matches my IT major and my passion for web development. I want to
apply what I’ve learned and gain more experience in a real working
environment

I want to gain practical experience on real projects, improve my technical skills

I plan to stay long-term, at least three to five years, so I can grow my career
here and contribute to the company’s success.

I would expect a competitive salary in line with industry standards for a junior
Frontend Developer, around 8–10 million VND per month. However, I’m
