Are there any mandatory training requirements before taking a Saviynt
Certification exam?
Yes, each Saviynt certification exam has mandatory training associated with it.
For example, To take the Saviynt Certified IGA professional exam, you must
complete the IGA Level 100 training either in the classroom or in a self-paced
format. Also, to take the Saviynt Certified Advanced IGA Professional exam, you
must complete the IGA Level 200 training either in the classroom or in a self-
paced format. For more details, please read the Exam Preparation Guide available
for each certification exam.
Do the mandatory training courses cover all the material I need to pass the
exam?
While the mandatory courses focus on many areas tested in the Saviynt
Certification exams, they do not cover all the test materials. Knowledge that can
only be gained from hands-on experience is also needed to pass the exams. Refer
to the Exam Preparation Guide for details.
What are the benefits of earning a Saviynt Certification?
Saviynt certification validates the candidate’s technical skills associated with
Saviynt products. It also provides quantifiable benefits to showcase an applicant’s
achievements and advance their career as a Saviynt SME.
How do I register to take a Saviynt Certification exam?
Once you have completed the mandatory training course associated with the exam,
you can schedule an appointment for the online proctored exam. Watch the Exam
Scheduling Process video listed under the Resources tab.
What is the exam testing format?
All our exams are online proctored exams. You can take them from anywhere with a
good internet connection.
In which languages are the Saviynt certification exams and Saviynt training
available?
At present, our certification exams and training are offered only in English.
What certification exams are currently available to take?
Currently, we offer two exams:
● Saviynt Certified IGA Professional (aligned with IGA Level 100 training)
● Saviynt Certified Advanced IGA Professional (aligned with IGA Level 200
training)
Saviynt University will be rolling out more exams in the coming days. Please refer to
the Certification Program section for more details.
Who should earn the Saviynt Certified IGA Professional Certification?
The Saviynt Certified IGA Professional (SCIP) certification validates an individual's
knowledge and skills to implement and deploy primary use cases involving Saviynt
IGA Solutions. Job roles associated with this certification include consultants,
engineers, developers, and administrators with at least 3-6 months of experience
using Saviynt products.
Note: Saviynt training and certification program is open only to Saviynt employees, partners, and customers.
Who should earn the Saviynt Certified Advanced IGA Professional Certification?
The Saviynt Certified Advanced IGA Professional (SCAIP) certification validates an
individual's knowledge and skills to implement and deploy medium complexity use
cases involving Saviynt Identity Solutions. Job roles associated with this certification
include consultants, engineers, developers, and administrators with 6-9 months of
experience on Saviynt products.

If I had completed the IGA L100 course before December 31, 2019, would my
training count as a prerequisite to the Saviynt Certified IGA Professional exam?
Yes, you are eligible to take the Saviynt Certified IGA Professional exam. However, as
you may not have access to the Litmos portal, you must contact us at
certification@saviynt.com for assistance scheduling the exam. Also, mention the
IGA L100 course details, such as session date and mode of learning, which you
completed in the email you are writing to us.
What minimum passing score is required to achieve the Saviynt Certified IGA
Professional status?
You must earn a passing score of 70% to achieve the Saviynt Certified IGA
Professional status.
What minimum passing score is required to achieve the Saviynt Certified
Advanced IGA Professional status?
You must earn a passing score of 65% to achieve the Saviynt Certified Advanced IGA
Professional status.
Will I see my preliminary exam results, pass/fail, on the screen upon completing
my test?
Yes, the exam result is displayed on the screen immediately after submitting the
exam. You will also receive an email with a copy of your results. If you pass the exam,
you will receive digital credentials via email from our credential partner, Accredible.
You can even share with your colleagues and friends via social networking sites.
How long is the certification valid?
Saviynt certifications are valid for 24 months from the issue date.
Can I schedule the Saviynt Certified IGA Professional exam before completing
the Saviynt IGA L100 training?
No. Completing the IGA L100 training is necessary for scheduling the Saviynt
Certified IGA Professional exam.
What is the exam rescheduling policy?
You can cancel or reschedule the exam up to 24 hours before the scheduled
appointment without any additional fee. To do so, visit the Examity Certification
Account and click Reschedule/Cancel.
If you miss an appointment, you will have to forfeit the exam fee and will not be
eligible for any refund. You can register again for the exam 24 hours after the initial

scheduled exam. Missing the exam does not result in “failed” status.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
If an emergency directly hampers your ability to attempt the exam with a sound
mind, please get in touch with support@examity.com. Please provide complete
information about the situation and legitimate documentation. Examity considers
these situations on a case-by-case basis, after which your request to reschedule will
be processed.
What is the exam retake policy?
Applicants who do not pass the certification exam will have to wait for 24 hours
before they are eligible to reappear. There is no limit to the number of exam
attempts; however, you must pay the full exam fee for each attempt.
I am unable to complete my exam due to technical difficulties. Who do I
contact?
For any issues connecting with the online proctor or technical problems during the
