Assessment Description
As a group, you will select a commercial property development opportunity in an
Australian capital city and undertake the design, planning, market analysis and feasibility
study of the property development opportunity.
The aim of the assignment is to work collaboratively as a team, leveraging off a range of
skills applicable to a property development team and develop financial analysis skills
relevant to commercial property investment. As a group, you will be required to present a
property development proposal for approval to the client.
You will produce a report and presentation, providing relevant details for the development
opportunity along with a recommendation.

 CLO 2: Evaluate the implications of planning control, economic and market
conditions on property development.
 CLO 3: Generate land value assessment and cash flow feasibility analysis using
