365 Days to Play and Dream Bigger

Goal setting can sometimes feel intimidating and while a smidgen of that may
be true since you’re asked to dream and play bigger in this life, be willing to
push the boundaries of your comfort zone.

Dwelling on the past hasn’t really changed lives that I know off bt it’s helpful
to see how far you’ve come, evaluate your priorities and focus on the direction
of your journey.

The importance of goal setting is to remember that it’s something YOU want to
do for YOU and not set goals based on someone elses idea of what you
SHOULD be doing.

Doing a review guides you to recognize what you are not willing to carry with
you any longer, celebrate your awesome self and the progress you made. It’s
also about acknowledging why some goals didn’t happen and refocus on your
priorities.

Self-Reflection can be pretty intense. Don’t censor your thoughts, don’t hold
back on your emotions and take a break when you need to.

It could be helpful to have an extra notebook on hand to write it all down for
your thoughts, emotions, brainstorms and making your lists.

It’s never TOO late to set GOALS!

You get to decide that you’re going to create change and make progress in
your life. No one other than YOU can create your success. It’s something you
choose and commit to making happen.
