The Day I Struggled Without my Phone
Have you ever challenged what it would be like to
stay away from social media?
I’m a freelance teacher. I always surf the internet
and I search a lot of teaching resources from
Facebook by using my essential phone. One day ,I
decided not to use my phone because I want to
reduce my screentime and want to cut off my toxic
society for 1 week. I think it’s like normal or it’s
would be better for my mental health. But it
didn’t work. What a wonderful issue!
I definitely missed my phone when I woke up
because I used to set the timer with my phone and
snooze the alarm all day long. The first thing is I
usually check my notifications and messages with
my phone. After that I plan with MeGlow app as
a daily schedule and I do it at the beginning of my
day. Not surprisingly, I have already known that
the difficulties of problems without phone.
Amazingly, I am used to living in my imaginary
own world without having phone.I do housework
and read a book a lot. If I have any plans to go to
the outside, amazingly, I really forgot to take
phone and I can go anywhere without this. Instead
of using the internet, I spend Me time by watching
sunsets, talking face to face with my family
members and my colleagues. Sometimes it’s better
to live without any pressures. I definitely am not
sure about using Techonology caused the effects
of our lifestyle much be awful. Living in our own
life is totally needed for all of the people. When I
have no contact with friends and people who I
loved the most. That’s why I got the feelings both
advantages and disadvantages of using
Techonology.
Living with a phone has completely changed the
way we experience the world. It connects us with
people far away, helps us learn new things, and
makes everyday tasks easier and faster. But while
it brings many benefits, we must also remember to
use it wisely and not let it control our lives.
Imagine a future where phones become even
smarter—almost like a real friends who understand
us. Amazingly, it’s up to us to balance technology
with real-life moments. In the end, the phone is a
powerful tool, but how we use it shapes the kind of
life we live.
