6. we think that is important because :
a. When you put your phone away and spending time with people, you will have close relationship
b. Reduced stress
c. Increased self worth. Seeing the carefully curated images on social media can lead to feelings of
inadequacy or missing out. It’s important to keep in mind that reality is very different than what may be
pictured
d. Increased physical health. Too much time spent in front of a screen can mean less time being physically
active. Get out and take a walk
e. using the mobile phone in an excessive amount badly affects the sleeping routine and reduce the deep
sleep.
7. to make sure we spend less time on our phone:
● sometimes we can change for the use phone to books
● remove negative addictive apps (tiktok, Instagram, Twitter)
● increase social interaction with friends and closest people
● we can also use the phone for things that are needed (Whatsapp, Learning apps, etc)
8. people used to using their phone because of addiction :
● Many people use their phones as tools of social interaction
● Constanly checking phone → dopamine that’s released
● loss control and the fear of going without phone (nomophobia)
● Symptoms : reach your phone the moment you’re alone or bored, spending more and more time using
phone, phone use interferes with yor job performance, schoolwork, etc
9. Smartphone have both negative and positive sides in their use in influencing relationships with others.
● Positive sides: People can communicate indirectly using a smartphone with family and friends
● Negative sides : Smartphones make a person not pay attention to people around him because
smartphones make people addicted to using smartphones with various functions in them.
10. The way we use smartphones smartly :
● use applications that we need.
● Understand when to use the smartphones and when to leave it for something more important.
