Project Description:
The project aims to develop an Augmented Reality (AR) personal shopping assistant
application that enhances the traditional online shopping experience by allowing users to
virtually try on clothing items, visualize furniture in their homes, or interact with other
products in an immersive AR environment. The app will leverage AR technology to provide
users with a more interactive and engaging shopping experience, ultimately increasing user
satisfaction and purchase confidence.
Project Modules:
1. User Authentication and Management Module:
• This module handles user registration, login, and account management
functionalities.
• Users can create accounts, log in securely, and manage their profile
information.
• It includes features for password management, such as password reset and
account recovery.
2. Product Catalog Module:
• This module manages the inventory of products available for purchase in the
app.
• It includes functionalities for browsing products, filtering by categories or
attributes, and searching for specific items.
• Product information such as name, description, price, and images are stored
and managed within this module.
3. Augmented Reality (AR) Integration Module:
• This module integrates augmented reality features into the app for enhanced
shopping experiences.
• It leverages AR frameworks and technologies to enable virtual try-on, product
visualization, and interaction.
• The module includes functionalities for detecting surfaces, placing virtual
objects in the real world, and adjusting their attributes.
4. Personalized Recommendations Module:
• This module generates personalized product recommendations for users based
on their preferences and behavior.
• It employs algorithms and data analysis techniques to analyze user data, such as
browsing history and purchase patterns, to suggest relevant products.
• Recommendations are displayed to users on the app's homepage, product
pages, or through personalized notifications.
5. Shopping Cart and Checkout Module:
• This module handles the shopping cart functionality, allowing users to add
products, view cart contents, and proceed to checkout.
• It integrates with a secure payment gateway to process transactions securely
and handle payment details.
• Features for order confirmation, tracking, and receipt generation are included
in this module.
6. User Feedback and Rating Module:
• This module enables users to provide feedback and ratings for products they
have purchased or interacted with.
• It includes features for submitting reviews, rating products, and sharing
opinions with other users.
• Moderation functionalities are implemented to manage user-generated content
and handle reports of inappropriate behavior.
7. Admin Panel Module:

• It includes functionalities such as adding, editing, or deleting products,
managing user accounts, and analyzing sales data.
• Role-based access control is implemented to restrict access to sensitive admin
