I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Presiding Officer at exactly 1:15 in the
afternoon.

II. OPENING PRAYER
Hon. Mariel Narte led the opening prayer.
III. SINGING OF HYMN OF THE PHILIPPINES
The SK Chairperson, Hon. Ivy Jean S. Irag led the singing of the national anthem,
Lupang Hinirang.
IV. ROLL CALL
The Presiding Officer requested the SK Secretary to conduct the roll call. Following the
roll call, 7 SK officials were present while only 1 was absent, prompting the Presiding
Officer to announce that a quorum was established.
V. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING
None
VI. PRIVILEGE TIME
The Presiding Officer expressed gratitude to the Members for their attendance at
the meeting

AGENDA:
1. Appointment of the New SK Treasurer and SK Secretary
The council has approved the appointment of John Carlo N. Pelicano as the new
SK Secretary seconded by Hon. Charlieza Calimbo.

Similarly, the appointment of Lendy Delos Reyes as the new SK Treasurer has
been approved by the council, seconded also by Hon. Mariel Narte.
2. Formulation of Internal Rules and Procedures
The council approved the following rules and procedures:
a. Formal attire should be worn at every regular meeting.
b. A penalty of P200 will be imposed for every absence.
c. Regular meetings will be scheduled for the last Saturday of every month.
d. A fee of P50 will be collected before the meeting starts for snack purposes.
These rules and procedures were motioned to be closed by Hon. Princess Balili.
3. Determination and Appointment of Committee Heads
The Presiding Officer decided to assign the 10 Centers of Participation based on
their respective fields of capability. The name listed first is considered to be the
Head of each participation.
