Preface
Before using our packaging machine for the first time, please be sure to carefully
read the contents of this "Operator's Manual", which will help you to correctly use
and maintain the machine to ensure the safety of man and machine, and give full
play to its performance, reduce failures, and prolong the life of the machine.
一、 Description of equipment.
Multi-lane packaging machine is a high-performance full-automatic packaging
machine of our company, which has a series of automatic functions such as automatic feeding,
measuring, bag making, filling, sealing, date printing and output of finished products. This
machine adopts high-precision servo film transport system, PLC program control, advanced
touch-type human-machine interface, photoelectric automatic positioning and tracking, digital
temperature control, etc., so that the operation of the whole machine is simpler and more
perfect, and it is the first choice of the packaging industry to improve the production
efficiency, reduce the intensity of labor, and improve the grade of packaging equipment.
1.1 Performance and specifications
Note: Packaging materials used in rolls, outer diameter: ≤ 320mm, skeleton
inner diameter Φ75mm, the thickness of composite packaging materials for the
0.04-0.09mm, the requirements of the surface flat shall not be wavy type, the edge
of the edge of the 10mm range shall not be printed with patterns, words, etc. (i.e.,
the background color should be pure), color-coded points and the background
must be a clear contrast.

Note: The setting of each parameter of the packaging machine has a
direct relationship with the actual packaging speed of the packaging
machine. When the parameters and the actual speed does not match, the
larger the value of the parameters, the packaging machine can reach the
packaging speed will be slower. On the contrary, the faster.
1.2 Safety precautions
(1) It is prohibited to start the machine without a clear understanding of its proper
operation and safety regulations.
(2) This machine must not be used by untrained and unauthorized personnel.
(3) Before using the machine, it is necessary to read this booklet in detail and
understand all the contents and instructions.
(4) Make sure that the installation and necessary adjustments are completed before
operating the machine.
(5) Before starting the machine, make sure that no tools or objects are placed on all
surfaces of the machine.
(6) Do not touch the inside of the machine or the electrical facilities until the power is
turned off.
(7) The operator shall not leave the working range of the machine during operation.
(8) It is strictly prohibited to touch the sealing wheels, sealing molds and moving parts
that are hot during the operation of the machine.
(9) Inspection and maintenance of electrical control circuits must be done by electrical
professionals.

(10) Without the permission of the Company, the machine shall not be modified
arbitrarily, or connected with any non-company-approved devices, knives or peripheral
equipment, in order to avoid danger.
(11) If there is any uncertainty about the contents of this manual, or if you encounter
any problems that cannot be solved according to the instructions in this manual, please
consult the Company or an authorized dealer.
(12) Do not use the machine under conditions other than those specified.
Warning: For the safety of you, others and machinery and equipment, be
sure to comply with the above safety precautions.
The company is not responsible for accidents and accidents caused by
failure to comply with the above requirements.
1.3 Installation Considerations
(1) The packaging machine and finished product conveyor are connected to a
220VAC power supply of more than 25A with leakage protection;
(2) Please don’t forget to install the ground wire;
(3) Connect the air source to the entrance of the packaging machine triplet;

二、Operation instructions of human-machine interface:
After turning on the power, the main interface will be displayed on the screen: The
screen will appear as shown below:
Select the login user name on this interface and enter the password in the login
password input box. The user's initial password is (888888). The user can proceed to
the next step only after logging in.
2.0 Main menu operation: Touch the run interface button: the screen will appear as shown
below:

1.1. Start: The packaging machine automatically completes packaging according to the
set parameters.
2. Stop: the packaging machine stops working.
3. Make a bag: Complete the packaging of an empty packaging bag. (Without material
filling)
4. Reset: Reset the current system fault.
5. Color mark offset: the distance that needs to be offset after the color mark is detected.
6. Packaging speed: displays the packaging speed when the packaging machine actually
works according to the currently set parameters.
7. Bag making quantity: the number of packaging runs in empty bag mode.
8. Filling quantity: the number of packaging runs in filling material mode
9. Clear: reset the shift output to zero.
10. Cleaning off: When the machine is stopped, click the button to turn on the cleaning
function, and the filling device will clean the material according to the set parameters.

11. Empty film mode: Click once to automatically turn on the packaging material filling
function, click again to turn on the empty film mode.
12. Left limit: When the roll film moves to the right, click to set the amount to move to
the left.
13. Right limit: When the roll film moves to the left, click to set the amount to move to
the right.
2.1 Automatic operation: Touch the manual screen button: the screen will
appear as shown below:
1. Pulling film once: press once, the structure of pulling film will move once
according to the set parameters.

2. Bag making: press once, the machine will automatically make bag once according
to the set parameters.
3. Tap to transport film: press once, the film release motor will move once according
to the set parameters.
4. Coding machine: press once, the structure of coding machine moves once
according to the set parameters.
5. Tap to pull film: press once, the servo film pulling motor will move once according
to the set parameters.
6. Cutting knife: press once, the cross-seal cutting knife cuts once according to the set
parameters.
7. Blowing: according to the order whether there is added that can be used.
8. Feeding pump: powder machine does not use this function.
9. Transverse sealing: press once, the transverse sealing mechanism according to the
set parameters action once.
10. Longitudinal sealing: press once, the longitudinal sealing mechanism according to
the set parameters action once.
11. Film clamping: Press once, the film clamping mechanism will move once
according to the set parameters.
12. Clamping film extends, press once, the clamping film structure extends.
13. Stop leakage: the function is not used in the powder machine.
14. Push material: this function is invalid.
15. Trimming: Press once, trimming blowing function acts once according to the set
parameters.

16. Cross-seal coding: according to whether the order has this function.
2.2 Touch the Parameter Setting button and the screen displays as shown
below:
(1) Packaging bag length: The packaging machine operates according to the
set bag length.
(2) Delayed push: This function is invalid.
(3)Material return time: This function is invalid.
(4)Delayed feeding: The vacuum feeder delays feeding according to the set
parameters.
(5)Unloading delay: The screw unloading time is delayed according to the set
time.

(6)Preset speed: The packaging machine sets the operating speed according to
the preset parameters.
(7) Film pulling delay: After delaying the set time, the film pulling
mechanism will pull the film.
(8)Film pulling speed: Set the speed of the film pulling servo motor.
(9) Film clipping time: The film clipping mechanism completes the film
clipping action according to the set time.
(10)Stretch film time: According to the film clipping time, you can set the film
clipping action to close in advance.
1. Horizontal sealing delay: After the set time, the horizontal sealing device starts to
act.

2. Vertical sealing delay: After the set time, the longitudinal sealing device starts to
act.
3. Cutter delay: After the set time, the cutter device starts to act.
4. Trimming delay: After the set time, the trimming air blowing device starts to blow.
5. Air blowing delay: After the set time, the air blowing device starts to blow.
6. Punching delay: Add this function according to the order.
7. Horizontal sealing time: After the set time, the horizontal sealing device resets.
8. Vertical sealing time: After the set time, the longitudinal sealing device resets.
9. Cutter time: After the set time, the cutter device resets.
10. Trimming time: After the set time, the trimming device resets.
11. Blowing time: After the set time, the blowing device resets.
Punching time: Add this function according to the actual needs of the order.

3. Coding delay: After the set time, the coding device starts to operate.
4. Beating delay: After the set time, the beating device starts to act.
5. The tapping frequency is on: the tapping frequency starts to act according to the set
time.
6. Vibration time: After the set time, the vibration device resets.
7. Pipe clamping time: After the set time, the pipe clamping device resets.
8. Coding time: After the set time, the coding device is reset.
9. Coding coefficient: This function is not used temporarily.
10. Beating time: After the set time, the beating device resets.

11. Beat frequency off: Set the beat frequency to set the time to stop the action.

1. Filling weight: set the weight of filling material.
2. Tap speed: rotating speed of the screw during manual operation.
3. Weight coefficient: Compensate the error of total weight, adjust the weight
according to the specific gravity of material, if the effect of adjusting the filling
weight is not good, the weight coefficient can be adjusted.
4. Reversing angle: 9. When some materials need to be reversed after filling, set the
reversing distance of filling shaft.
5. Weight compensation: Compensation of weight error of single screw, adjust weight
individually.
6. Filling speed: set the filling speed of the corresponding filling axis.
7. Filling calibration: compensation of the actual amount of the corresponding filling
axis.
8. Filling speed: Setting the filling speed of the corresponding filling axis.
9.: Manual positive rotation of the corresponding filling axis.
10.: Manual reversal of the corresponding filling axis.
2.3 Touch the function selection button and the screen displays as

1. Color scale tracking: click a button, the color scale tracking function opens.
2 . Encoder: Open the function when there is no color-coded roll film, configure
according to the order. (Optional items)
3 . Automatic mode: click the button to pull the film first, the machine starts the
function of feeding first. Click on the automatic feeding off, open the automatic
feeding function
4. Filling: Click filling off, automatically open the filling function.

2.5 Alarm Setting: Touch the Alarm Setting button and the screen will
display as follows
1. No color band alarm: click the color code alarm open, the machine detects no color
code automatic alarm.
2. No film alarm: click on the no film alarm on, the machine detects no film rolls
when the automatic alarm.
3. Glass side door alarm: click the glass side door alarm on, the machine detects the
side door open will automatically alarm stop.
4. Left front door alarm: click the left front door alarm on, the machine detects the left
front door open automatically alarm shutdown.
5. Right front door alarm: click on the left front door alarm open, the machine detects
the right front door open automatically alarm shutdown.
6. Film will be exhausted prompt: click on the film will be exhausted prompt open,
the machine detects the film will be exhausted will automatically alarm shutdown.
7. Color scale times alarm: according to the set parameters, the color scale detects the
set number of times and alarms automatically.
8. No film delay alarm: according to the set time, the machine will alarm
automatically when it detects no film.
9. Film pulling servo alarm: click the film pulling servo alarm on, the machine detects
the film pulling servo alarm automatically alarm shutdown.
10. Push material alarm: not used for the time being.
