2. For Remedial and Enhancement Activities in Reading:
o To improve learners’ reading fluency, comprehension, and
vocabulary through structured remedial sessions.
o To provide enrichment activities for fast readers and
comprehension-skilled learners.
o To instill love for reading by integrating local stories, folk tales, and
culturally relevant texts.

Lessons Learned/Output Learners showed improved performance in telling time, converting units of
Recommendation time, and applying concepts in problem-solving tasks. Post-test results
reflected a significant increase in mastery level compared to pre-test
scores.
In Reading Remediation, struggling learners demonstrated progress in
word recognition, sentence construction, and comprehension after
consistent guided practice.
Enhancement activities such as peer reading, book clubs, and storytelling
allowed advanced learners to develop critical thinking and leadership skills.
Learners became more confident and participative in both Math and
Reading classes, and parents expressed appreciation for contextualized
and culture-based learning approaches.
Sustain and expand Project to succeeding quarters and integrate similar
approaches in other Mathematics competencies.
Institutionalize remedial and enhancement programs in Reading by
allotting regular schedules and using diverse strategies such as games,
digital apps, and journaling.
Strengthen school-community partnerships by involving parents and local
elders in providing culturally relevant reading materials and indigenous
knowledge for integration.
Provide continuous professional development for teachers on
contextualization, localization, and differentiated instruction to address
diverse learning needs.
Develop a learning resource bank of localized/indigenized teaching aids,
storybooks, and assessment tools to sustain innovation.
