Introduction
What will you be doing in this assignment. Look at the assignment brief and summarize what you have been asked to do.
I am a web developer designer at Pixel Design who has been asked to compare two websites.
These websites are the following MTV and Man Utd. I have been asked to discuss the features of these websites to improve the
presentation, the useability, how accessible the websites are also we will be also explaining the performance of the intended websites.
I will have to discuss the first impressions of the websites e.g. visual graphics, colourful (to attract the audience), images, videos,
(model) animation for engagement to keep the audience engaged, font size, font colour, does it appeal to the audience, is the website
colour scheme constant.

The purpose of the mtv website is to attract the intended audience which is aimed at young people teengers and elder people who
generally who love music by the best artists in the world. The purpose of the mtv website is to be visually appealing with graphics of
images that has been displayed in a very unique way in regards to keep their intended target audience engaged. This website is a music
website that shows the latest artists performances of them performing on stage are been put here for people who are interested and who
will watch them the mtv website purpose is to get viewership and get more audience at possible to get more and more famous to get the
website out there on the internet. Videos have been used for the purpose of allowing the audience who generally passionate of music and
want to pursue music in the future also videos are engaging as a feature that truely prefects the website of making the features very
useable and and to make it much better. The website is where all the latest trending news in regards of artists are there, videos of
performances has been displayed that look visually appealing as well as the images with various colour scheme to look visually appealing
and attractive. The intended audience has elements of adult themed content and elements of news for adults that are mature that can
watch the video of the performance or news in that particular topic which is good for young adults and elder people because music can be
associated as explicit content because it can contain 18+ content so age limitation can be a main factor in regards of the content. My very
first expressions of the mtv website has so far been great I believe the colour scheme consistent of the colour black and yellow of the site
has been used throughout the website. I really like that they have a drop down menu so everything can be accessed with the use of
hyperlinks so it is easy to navigate to see live performances, news, shows, movies, travel and life sections of the webpage is so incredibly
fantastic and has been portrayed very well I am impressed.

The purpose of the Man United website is to attract the intended audience such as young kids, teenagers and adults because it’s purpose is to
display videos of current football matches such as the best highlights e.g. Man Utd football team for keep the audience engaged at all times.
This website is updated frequently therefore it is a dynamic website that keep up to date for e.g. MTV website the reason why web developers
update frequently it is to put their latest content, news, videos, images of footballers celebrating their magnificent moment of them scoring a
goal. The intended purpose of the website in regards of the news of football have been implemented very well because news of football needs
to be accurate and precise of the correct information and that it has done implemented perfectly. The purpose is to engage the young kids and
young adults or even elder people through the bright red colour and the colour the colour black which has been consistent throughout the
webpage nicely. The purpose has been meet by having the colour scheme as the Man Utd team which fans of the football team will really enjoy
and love. My first impressions of the Man Utd website is that it look appealing in my eye with the bright red with a contract of black it truly
engages me by the look and feel of the website already by the uses of the features been implemented such as the drop down menu,
consistency of the colours, videos, there even have merchandise which is very awesome lastly you have the ability to buy tickets to Old Trafford
Stadium in Manchester which to me is everything because you can attend a Manchester United game that’s amazing!

The interface of mtv is well developed I really like the interface because I like the look and feel of the website. The interface included amazing images of current popular artists such as Adele and Ed
Sheeran one of the most popular and inspirational people ever! is on there this is how mtv the audience increases when big artists appear on the website because in result of the website now
consists of a bigger viewership, more wide audience and more people engaged with the website. The interface is excellent the ways the images are displayed beside of each other is good. The
interface has got vibrant and colourful images when you scroll down at the bottom the the webpage, the different colours have been made very well because it visually looks attractive with amazing
graphics of images of graphic designers have done a spectacular job of the graphics of images for the target audience. In the interface they have a search engine at the top of the webpage which is
good because you can search for specific things such as key words e.g. if I put in a artist’s name such as Justin bieber it will come up with news,videos almost everything relating to that artist
instantly. The colour scheme has a black background throughout the webpage which is good for consistency of keeping consistent the key in the this for this particular website it that it has the
background colour scheme for it’s background. The main colours implemented in the webpage is the colour white, black and yellow for the consistency for the logo is bright yellow and dark black
colours, the text is the colour white and some text are with below a video of the video’s description. The website has a drop down menu which is convenient because you can see more information in
the following: news, music, shows, full episodes, pluto tv, tv schedule, live TV, App, Casting and Shop where you can see information in so much useful information of what you’re looking for. There
are hyperlink that lead you to social media pages such as Facebook and Twitter that lead you they mtv social media. The website has a drop down menu which is highly beneficial because hyperlinks
that can lead and navigate you to different pages very easy also it takes you to the pages instantly without no issue or problem which I like as having my first impressions. On the mtv website that is
a forum where you can register as a member and watch mtv through the webpage or you can download the application and stream in it on your Television, PC and laptop. The MTV website has a
forum that allows you to register and get up to date information in regards of latest news, news articles on a certain subject or suggestion to watch a tv series or a MTV live performance on the live
MTV application or website on your desktop tro get the best live experience on the big screen and you will feel more benefits.
MTV is a free streaming service but If your streaming live coverage you will have to pay 5 dollars per month which is not bad because It’s not that much money to pay per month exactly it’s brilliant
it’s entially if you want to stream live coverage e.g. Justin BIeber MTV awards of 2021 it’s a paid subscription where you can watch live MTV which is a win as a significant in my point of view. You
have the capability to stream of the MTV application from your laptop,mobile phone, tablet, PC to your TV or Chromecast that is built in your TV which is fantastic. You can be watching a MTV series,
tv show, live performance, watch music videos etc: on your devices that sync the display on your TV with the sync capability and feature of casting your display from your Laptop, PC, Mobile Phone
to your PC or your TV which is a super cool feature in my book.
