I will be comparing two excellent and well developed spreadsheets features and strength and weakness are the following: the homework
tracking spreadsheet also the spreadsheet in regards of the annual sales spreadsheet where the information data is being represented on a bar
chart visually to make the spreadsheet more better to understand also it portrays patterns and trends of the annual sales in november and
December very well. Whereas my very own spreadsheet inputs data and information in regards of how many hours I put in each day for
homework with numbers inputted my spreadsheet in the cells of the spreadsheet to make me know how many hours I do in my home work and
the information has been displayed perfectly on my spreadsheet and it tracks information. I will be attending a work placement with a local
Football Club such as: Bradford City Football Club in the IT administration departments where we use computer technology that has been used
in a e.g. a office department where were track information, data into a visual representation into a pie chair, bar chart, column chart and line
chart to implement data to portray sales, details of season tickets, advanced calculations is a strong advantage because human invention can’t
nearly possibly calculate complicated calculations because the data and information can get overwhelming in the spreadsheet. In the IT
department we have admin which gives the IT administration to access to sensitive and personal data and information of the business or
company in regards of sales, profits, tickets of the Bradford City Football Club, dates of months below the spreadsheet, to store information , can
represent the information into a well designed and well developed visual representation. I have been asked to develop and design a
spreadsheet to manage and store information into a spreadsheet to track many various things in relation of the business or company in regards
of the season tickets where I will be representing the information in a spreadsheet because as part of IT we have to make sure the information is
accurate which is significant as part of the IT administration. The spreadsheet will help to record results in the football spreadsheet also to track

Spreadsheets are used in the health sector such as the NHS to monitor and document patients in the system recorded in the spreadsheet where

may possibility using Google Sheets because it’s the same as a spreadsheet also online applications are so much better because you can work
offline also you can use WIFI, the Google Sheets are the newest versions of software to implement data and information such as reports. The
latest software are Google applications and they perfect your abilities and attributes perfectly of their IT skills. It is easy to store information
clearly as in a IT perspective because it is so beneficial because they do more technical and more complicated things and the spreadsheet helps
so much. The spreadsheets comes with advantages such as it helps improves communication which is highly important because that skills
implemented in regards of spreadsheets are so phenomenal it makes me happy because If I had to design and develop a spreadsheet I would
extremely love it so much it’s my patient and IT. You can have the ability to implement that data into a graph such as: doughnut chart, line
graph, column chart which is engaging and eye catching with different colours it visually looks incredible and so percent in regards of the visual
presentation therefore the data implemented in a graph will make the other person understand the percentages business uses graphs and
visuals these which are the following car dealerships,stocks and shares, cryptocurrency uses crypto books of spreadsheets to monitor the raise

It is more efficient because it can more better than human intervention because less time is being wasted and more work work is being

dealership of everything I have listed above also the IT administration need to make sure the spreadsheet is
accurate because the data and information can’t be incorrect because therefore the dealership will result in
less income that will display on the spreadsheet well in reality the profits, sales of cars in the dealership of
Tesla is way more than you think. The IT administration will be using a spreadsheet also to track how many
cars they currently have in the showroom for sale they e.g. 200 Tesla Model X are in the showroom so
therefore the IT admin will need to show on the spreadsheet that there are 200 Tesla’s model X’s so the
spreadsheet will clearly represent that data into a visual graph that represent in percentages so it is easy to
understand how many cars of a particular type of car of Tesla there is in the showroom. The spreadsheet is
used to used to track and monitor the sales off how much the dealership has made throughout the year and
that detail will show in the spreadsheet. Details of sales of vehicles and the loss in profit of the dealership
will show because it is important because the dealership needs to see where they’re looking for the loss of
money of vehicles because they don’t sell and making profit for the company and therefore work on that
and make sure they improve in that weakness on the less popular vehicle and by making them be popular.

investments effectively and accurately documented and the investments of the IT administration will make sure that the investments
are good by improving it. Investments tracking tracks and monitor data of financial, datas, bonds, investment accounts, money etc: all
of list that I have listed address all of the important things that will ultimately be in the spreadsheet which is very outstanding because

which are documented in a spreadsheet to portray the constant raise of each crypto currency also the decrease value of the specific

my favorite part of data implemented and inputted showing the prices of different currencies is very interesting. The total price of the
coins are listed on the spreadsheet the share of the coins are in percentages showing that in the spreadsheet which is so useful to
know that total amount of the currency is portrayed in the spreadsheet which is fantastic because every data and information needs
to be clear and understandable because it makes the spreadsheet more beneficial and very understandable. The total price of the
currencies on the spreadsheet is a very excellent feature as part of the spreadsheet because the total price of each currency is vital of
the evidence of how much they are worth like total value of a representation for the IT administration so they can understand what
data and information inputted in the right columns and rows. The spreadsheet has a buy now price which implies that which has the

 What is the purpose of my two spreadsheets

aims were to get a negative answers because I have applied a minus in the calculations therefore it was a success.

Formatting- Both the spreadsheets use formatting to highlights cells to format to change the colour scheme of the spreadsheet to apply colour
coding to make the data and information easier to read also it is easy to know what information and data you’re looking for. Formatting is so
highly effective and has been used at their best advantage to change the header, columns, cells, rows etc: this feature and tool is so useful
because when applying formatting the cells look more visually attractive, using bright colours such as yellow and green makes the information
stand out with the use of black text. I have used formatting in my homework tracking because I have said to the spreader if the number is above
1 make the cell green which is very interesting of how spreadsheets are used. Formatting for the tracking data spreadsheet used the same
feature and tool to make the cells the same colour such as blue to cleary deliver and present data and information very effectively by the use of
the colour blue which is very easy to see the information provided on the spreadsheet.

see the information and data more efficiently. Page layout helps and improves both spreadsheets because there is a option
in both spreadsheets where you can view the spreadsheet in different ways. This is how you use page layouts by selecting
view then hover over show then opinions appear they say formula bar, grid lines, formulae, protected ranges. These are
options for both spreadsheets to set ups their layout of columns also e.g. I have applied the sum =sum(B10-B11-B12-
B13-B14-B15-B16-B17-B18-B19)in the example spreadsheet for evidence to show what options you have to change
the unique and excellent layout of the spreadsheet. You also have a option to change how the rows and columns are being
displayed according to the freeze feature where is allocated in view then select freeze where it shows you how rows and
columns will be displayed and layout by selecting them it’s a very nice feature in my opinion.

User interfaces (how does the user enter data)- When you hover over the cell that you want to view to see the data
implemented into a graph. You just need to press the cell and that almost highlights the cell. Then you press insert then press
chart. You have various options to press what charts you want your data to be presented for e.g. doughnut chart, bar chart, pie
chart or column chart. When you press on a cell on both spreadsheet and you click on the left mouse button and you drag the
column down you can highlight the whole row to add a sum such as =sum (a1+a2+a3+a4+a5+a6+a7) and that should give you
a total amount on the data tracking spreadsheet and for the homework spreadsheet you can apply individual sums for the cell
then at the bottoms of every week will be a total that adds all the cells of number and give you a total. The feature such as cell
replication for both spreadsheets use copy and paste by holding down the left click button by copying data down the column to
implement a sum. The data that has been used down the left hand side can be the is the days, and the title toal weeks lastly the
title above to say what is the title is. The input that has been implemented is by typing in the information and data in regards of
both spreadsheets which is such a amazing feature also it is very easy to do so. Both spreadsheets contains information in the
