Digital strategy • Created my own position in 2012, leading to the development of parallel positions nationally within AARP. By developing engaging content and targeted social media advertising, I doubled our Twitter audience and quintupled our Facebook audience while increasing social media engagements from under 10,000 in 2011 to over half a million in 2013. Created a successful digital campaign to promote our state's signature Work@50+ event, which drew nearly 1,000 attendees; in three months, the campaign resulted in more than 19,000 views of a bi-weekly blog ser.
