Currently leading Uber's Driver Acquisition engineering group. Responsible for product engineering strategy and execution across multiple teams, developing high performing leaders, and most importantly building a diverse and inclusive work culture. Also heavily involved with product management and strategy. Prior to that, I've led and scaled multiple consumer internet product engineering teams at LinkedIn, built mobile apps used by millions (both personal and at LinkedIn), and architected backend systems handling hundreds of thousands of queries per second. My other work passions include mentoring, writing, speaking, diversity initiatives, and tech branding.
