[“Unwell”: Difficulty breathing, Cough, Fever, Loss of taste/smell, Sore throat,
Diarrhoea, Body ache, Runny nose. Symptom checker here
https://sgcovidcheck.gov.sg]
You are unwell. You must not come on campus for the entire duration of
the MC even if the COVID‐19 test is negative.
Persons living in the same house as you (“Household”) are unwell. You
must not come on campus for the entire duration of their MC or your LOA
even if the COVID‐19 test is negative.
Household members are serving their Quarantine Order (QO) at your
place of residence.
Household members have opted out of dedicated SHN facilities to serve
their SHN at their place of residence after their travel from high‐risk
countries in the last 14 days. TP will serve you with an LOA. You must not
come on campus for the entire duration of their SHN or your LOA even if
the COVID‐19 swab test is negative.
Safe Management Measures @ TP
You have been notified by MOH to take a swab test. You must not come on
campus until the swab test result is negative and you are well.
You miss your Rostered Routine Test6 (RRT)/ Enhanced RRT.
• See a doctor immediately if you are unwell, especially if you are unwell with Acute
Respiratory Infection (ARI). You must inform your doctor that you are from an
education institution.
• Check‐in SafeEntry with the TraceTogether App or scan the TraceTogether Token
with the bar‐code reader when you arrive on campus. Show your student ID to the
staff on duty.
• Display the Temperature Badge or the Temperature sticker (one for the morning &
one for the afternoon) prominently at all times while on campus.
• Wear your face mask at all times when on campus. If you wish to wear a face
shield, it must be worn over the mask.
• Observe Safe Distancing (at least 1m away from the next person) at all times.
Safe Management Measures @ TP
• Arrive on‐campus no more than 30 minutes before your class begins. Proceed to
your class venue immediately upon arrival.
• Leave campus immediately after class.
• Eating is NOT allowed at open benches & tables along the walkways. Consumption
of food is permitted only in canteens and F&B outlets. Do not eat and/or drink
while walking.
• Safe Distancing Ambassadors are deployed around the campus to ensure that safe
