  What is RPA? • Robotic process automation (or RPA) is an emerging form of clerical process automation technology based on the notion of software robots or artificial intelligence (AI) workers (wikipedia). • RPA or BOT is just a robot that replicate us, that records what we do. • It is a sequence of commands that are executed by Bots under some documented set of Business rules. • It is code free, Non-disruptive and error free.

  How it canincrease PRODUCTIVITY, ACCURACY ? • Bots can work 24x7x365 continuously without rest , they are scheduled to work in the most efficient manner. Robots do not have breaks, or go on vacation, or absences, or delays, etc. • It also improves overall operational efficiency by reducing the current resolution time of any type of incident or operation. RPA offers a model of service delivery by increasing production and accuracy.

  ACCURACY • Robotic processautomation allows you to eliminate the human margin of error, which in the case of repetitive tasks is set between 5% and 10%. • Bots have the capacity for unlimited attention, have no distractions, and do not make mistakes in their calculations. When a robot finds a transaction that does not adjust to its rules or parameters, this operation is intended to be processed by a human

  How we canuse it ? Let's take a simple example of status update on facebook. If you like to update status frequently but at same time you find it waste of time then we can use RPA. Just record it once all Bot will update your status. User just have to save the status in a file and scheduled task run time task will run in steps like human do.

  Where we canuse in FS ? There are multiple manual work that user do like entering data from excel or data sheet to application. What if it is done by Bots ? User will get more free time to be more creating and can interact to improve customer relations. For example- User have make loan entry every end of day and data is coming from different applications or in multiple reports. It will be time taking to consolidate them and then enter it in application. But this work will be easily take by Bots or RPA robots it will be less time taken and will be effective in terms of cost and ACCURACY
