Strictly Live tour 2026

The annual Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour will be returning in 2026 with a string of this year's contestants to take on the battle for the Glitter Ball at arenas around the UK in 2026.

Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour presale tickets will be released by Ticketmaster from Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 10am. Access to these will be distributed by Ticketmaster.

At the time of writing, it is not known how Ticketmaster determines who is eligible for a presale code. Their website states: "If you’re eligible for the presale, you’ll receive an email with an access link. The criteria for receiving the email varies, so we can’t confirm in advance whether you’ll be eligible."

Pixies 2026 world tour

One thing to say is that there are a lot of iconic American bands playing the UK next year. Maybe there always are, I don't know.

Still, the Pixies ill be in the UK celebrating 40 years since they formed with 40 headline shows around the world including London's Royal Albert Hall, Manchester's Aviva Studios, York's Barbican and more.

The best news of all is that the shows will include several founding members and tickets for these gigs will be released later this week with one major presale - which is open right now to O2 Priority members.

Tickets will then go on general sale on Friday at 10am through Ticketmaster and Live Nation.

System of a Down at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Rockers System of a Down are back on tour in 2026 with two huge gigs announced at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on July 13 and July 15, 2025.

Tickets for the concerts went on sale on Friday, September 19 and as you'd expect, tens of thousands of tickets were snapped up in a flash.

System of a Down tickets are currently available from several online retailers. While this does include a select few official channels, the retailers with the most tickets on offer are resale websites.

At the time of writing, some tickets are being sold for around £160 each. While this is a little more expensive than face value for tickets, it is also one of the cheapest options around right now.

My Chemical Romance tour dates confirmed

New tour dates and tickets out this week! If you are a My Chemical Romance fan then it's party time.

The New-Jersey rockers have just announced a full, extended leg of their The Black Parade 2026 tour across America, Europe and the UK.

The band will play two monumental, career-first shows at London's Wembley Stadium on July 10 and 11, 2026, but there is now confirmation they will also play Anfield in Liverpool, Bellahouston Park in Glasgow PLUS an extra night at Wembley.

My Chemical Romance tickets for their newly announced dates will be released on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 12pm midday.

Jurassic World Experience EXTENDED

Dr Ian Malcolm might say something like 'this is a bad idea'.

But in the films, as in real life, his perfectly sensible opinion was ignored. Because the Jurrasic World Experience at Battersea has been extended until January 2026.

Jurassic World: The Experience at Battersea Power Station in London launched last spring and has already greeted over 180,000 visitors. Its tenure has now been extended until January 4, 2026, with a fresh batch of tickets now available, including bookings for the October half-term and Christmas holidays.

Guests who aren't tied to weekend adventures, can also benefit from discounted midweek tickets. During September, admission starts at £18 for children and £23 for adults after 2pm on weekdays.

Review: Sol de Janeiro's body lotion has been described as 'a speedy antidote to dry knees and elbows'

"As a beauty writer, I have a routine for my face and hair no matter the change of weather, but when it comes to body care, I often ignore the dry skin on my legs and elbows and go weeks without applying a single drop of moisturiser to it. As colder weather draws in, I decided to switch up my body care routine," says Tiffany Lo for OK Magazine.

"I have been using Sol de Janeiro's Body Badalada, a vitamin-infused body lotion, and it leaves my skin hydrated and smelling amazing. No7 launches Christmas gift sets

"No7 has launched a range of festive gift sets packed with best-selling products - and the savings are genuinely impressive," writes Lauren Codling on Bristol Live.

This M&S trench coat is Autumn ready

"If autumn calls for one thing, it’s a transitional coat," writes Kerri-Ann Roper in the Express.

As Christmas has already been mentioned (see the earlier Friends Christmas Experience update), the Mirror team have just posted about Molton Brown's 2025 advent calendar.

Ariana Grande's 'gorgeous' perfume has £10

She's got tour dates in the UK for 2026 and part two of the Wizard of Oz prequel Wicked to come in November 2025, and now you can get Ariana Grande's perfume for a big reduction.

Birmingham Live reports: "Amazon customers are going wild for a 'gorgeous' celebrity fragrance that 'lasts all day'. Ariana Grande's Thank U, Next typically retails for £53 for a 100ml bottle but has been slashed to £46.25 on the retail giant."

Thank U, Next was created by skilled perfumer Jérôme Epinette, and whilst his name is well-known amongst fragrance enthusiasts, he's particularly celebrated for his work on bestsellers from Byredo (£150 for 50ml) and Floral Street (£110 for 100ml). Estée Lauder's powder foundation seems like the ideal base for oily skin

We promised Tuesday was Fashion & Beauty themed on the blog, so we'll start with a review from Jessica Brunt of Estée Lauder's Double Wear Powder Foundation on the Mirror.

When I heard that the brand had a powder formula in the Double Wear range, I knew I had to try it. The Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Matte Powder Foundation costs £41 and can be bought from a variety of beauty retailers, including Look Fantastic and Boots.

First things first, the foundation does come nicely packaged as one would be expected from Estée Lauder. Though not a deal breaker, it's always a nice touch, especially for keeping in a handbag.

The main skin concerns I like coverage for include visible pores around my nose and a slight flushed pink hue to my cheeks. As I've got older I tend to go a bit less heavy handed with my base though I do like a full coverage glam-looking finish. I should mention that although my skin is oily, especially around the T-zone, I rarely suffer from spots or blemishes.

Disney+ price rises coming - but you can beat the increase

Subscription prices for Disney+ are going up at the end of September, but there's still time to lock in at the current subscription rates.

According to the Express, the home of Marvel, Star Wars and (almost) every episode of Bluey will see prices rise by up to 10% on September 30th. Consumers have a week to renew at the current £89.90 before the price rise takes effect, as it was highlighted in a recent blog post from What's On Disney+.

Samsung and Google offers to rival iPhone 17

As you might expect after a big launch like the iPhone 17 from Apple, the companies competitiors have pulled out all the stops to challenge the tech behemoth.

Samsung have a couple of deals on the newly launched S25 FE model to rival the iPhone, available now for pre-order.

Jake Hackney in the Liverpool Echo has the details:

The S25 FE is part of Samsung's budget-friendly 'Fan Edition' series and starts at £649 from Samsung and Amazon, which is £150 less than the iPhone 17. But for customers who prefer to spread the cost with a contract, Sky Mobile's £23 launch deal offers £368 worth of freebies, including a free Galaxy Watch7 and a pair of Galaxy Buds3 FE at no extra cost.

Google also got in on the act with it's latest Pixel phone. Mobiles.co.uk is offering a free tech bundle and £20 gift card with orders of each model in the Google Pixel 10 series.
