norms should always be taken into practice when designing and doing the research work.
The aim and the intentions behind the research work were purely for the academic
purpose and the method was designed in a manner that it should not create a hurdle for
the respondent.
All the ethical issues which include personal questions were carefully catered and the
respondents were given the appropriate protocol.
The motive behind the research work was well informed prior to the feedback to the
respondents. Details related to the research work which includes the topic of the research
work, the motive behind it and how the data will be transformed.
The personal information of each respondent was kept confidential and was not included
anywhere in the research work.
No personal information either of the respondent or the management was involved in the
research work. It was kept totally out of the consideration as the research work will be
used in the future studies and researches to follow.
To concentrate on the topic and not to get deviated from it was kept at the utmost
importance.
Authenticity and credibility was maintained all the time during the research work. The
recorded feedbacks of the respondents in the research report were same as it was given.
The level of transparency was maintained throughout the research work.
Manipulation of data was strictly prohibited and the rules were well followed during the
whole course of the research work. The analysis of the data was developed on the basis of
the responses that were received and no manipulation has been made.
The above points that have been discussed were kept into real consideration when developing
the research work. The legal aspects of each factor was kept at top priority and that no unethical
