This document presents a multi-attribute analysis to evaluate six workmate options: Field sense, IFS Service Management, Lane square, Delta tech, Snowebs, and Workmate. It lists eight attributes of quality, efficiency, ease, reliability, variety, authenticity, sufficiency, and trust and assigns each workmate option a rating from 1 to 7 for each attribute based on field and management perspectives. It then calculates an overall score for each workmate option based on the ratings and assigned importance levels for each attribute. Based on the total scores, the ranking from best to worst is: IFS Service Management, Snowebs, Lane square, Delta tech, Field sense, Workmate.
