Guidance on mindful, intuitive, balanced eating and lifestyle modifications
Basic skin and hair regime.

Personal Coaching for 40 Day / 70 Day / 100 Day
10 days to get all groceries, medicines etc + weekly follow ups

Yoga Consultation
Group Hata Vinyasa(intermediate level) sessions as per pre-decided time with 6 to 8 students
on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Group classes per 12 sessions - 3000 INR
Personalised designed classes for specific problems on a one to one basis, on your convenient
time
Personal classes per session - 1500 INR
Management Approach
We at Suhita Ayurveda strive to provide quality care and equal service to all of our patients. We
appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and efficient system for everyone.
We believe in giving each patient time and a safe space unlike the conventional doctors and hence
the following rules are applicable.
Please avoid making unnecessary calls in between consultations.
It's important to note that frequent messaging about health issues may not effectively address
them and will not be answered.
If you need to speak with the doctor outside of a scheduled appointment, a consultation fee at
a discounted price will apply. We kindly ask that you respect our time and only contact us
when necessary. Any extended whatsapp support will be charged in the next follow up session.
If you need medication to be delivered to your home, please note that courier fees will apply.
We require payment for the fees of courier and medications before dispatching any items. This
is to prevent us from frequently asking you to pay after receiving the package.
We do not own any courier service and hence the speed at which the package will be delivered
is not dependent on us. Questions regarding the same will not be answered. A tracking ID will
be provided for you to track your package.
Method of taking an appointment:
Drop a message to 8660548740 giving us your name and location asking for a new
appointment.
We work only from Monday to Saturday 11 AM to 8 PM. Any messages/calls outside the working
hours will not be answered. We believe in work life balance to prevent mental exhaustion.
The wait time is 3-4 days and once the timings are set, you will have to initiate a whatsapp
audio/video call to the same number if online or visit us in the clinic offline.
We appreciate you being on time so as to prevent the next patient from waiting.
Any cancellation/time change has to be informed 3 hours prior so that the time slot can be
allotted to another patient. If not informed, cancellation fees of ₹300 apply.
