PREFACE

This Project Report has been prepared in fulfilment

of the requirement for the Subject Aanandam in the
academic year 2021-22.

In this Project we seek to help the weaker section of

society by Enhancing their Life skill and enhancement
by performing a SURVEY SUPPORTED UNDER-
UNNAT BHARAT ABHIYAN.
Introduction
India has the world’s largest population of illiterate people,
according to a report by Oxfam. Around 900 million people in
the world cannot read or write. 287 million, or 37% of the
world’s illiterate people, are Indian according to
UNESCO. While education is every child’s basic right, severe
poverty and deprivation, population growth and natural
catastrophes are depriving many children of a world of books
and learning.
In everyday life, the development of life skills helps students
in many ways and our team is going to increase their
knowledge about the life skill as much we can so that they can
Find new ways of thinking and problem solving, Recognize
the impact of their action, build confidence, Develop a greater
sense of self-awareness and appreciation for others. Making
happiness our very first goal.

We seek to ensure all the above by conducting a survey on the

village HARBANSPURA supported under – UNNAT
BHARAT ABHIYAN(UBA).

Activities Done

Our group is allotted two locations batta basti and kalakar nagar
and after our college study we dedicate our 1hour for 7 continuous days
to all standard children from 5th to 12th . With coordination and
dedication, we teach them so many things like Basic maths, general
science, GK, and in the LSTD(life school for transformational
development)course we teach them a very sensitive but moral topic
“Good Touch & Bad Touch”. And as we all are teaching we found
some good and naughty students who entertain the class which brings
us to make them do some extracurricular activities like Drawing,
Dancing, Singing, games, etc. With these the inner talent of the students
were highly encouraged and polished. Basic life skills were taught to
the students which might definitely help them to make positive changes
in their life. The overall theme of the project was happy family and safe
surroundings.
At last as we all were still in the COVID Period we also taught
them about all safety measures taken during this pandemic like Regular
hand sanitizing, wearing a proper mask, maintaining social distancing,
making less contact with each other. In the pandemic it was quite
difficult to complete all the tasks, but the task of spreading happiness to
all finds its own way to be accomplished. With our efforts , we were
able to change the children' s mindsets in a completely positive way.
