DEED OF ASSIGNMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, EDSEL SIBUG, Filipino, of legal age and with postal address at 15-8
Nena Drive, Villa Teresa Subdivision, Angeles City, for and in consideration of
the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php200,000.00) , Philippine
Currency, to me paid by RICHARD ROSALES MATURAN. Filipino, of legal age,
and a resident of Ramos St., Lalaan II, Silang, Cavite, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby ASSIGN, TRANSFER AND CONVEY unto the said
person all my rights, interest and holdings as to the following described personal
property:
“Subscription rights to TWO THOUSAND (2,000) shares of stock of
GK CASH LENDING CORP., with a par value of ONE HUNDRED
(Php100.00) PESOS per share, of which the sum of TWO
HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php200,000.00) pesos has been paid.”
I further certify that the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php200,000.00) as herein set forth as consideration of this agreement is
equivalent to the entire amount which I paid to GK CASH LENDING CORP. in
payment of the above-stated shares of stocks which represents a portion (20%)
of my subscription and holdings in the corporation.
I further certify that this assignment of shares of stock is with prior
consent of all the stockholders of GK CASH LENDING INC., and of the
corporation itself in conformity with the subscription contract with the said
corporation and not violative of the corporation’s by laws.
For the purpose of giving effect to the assignment made pursuant hereto, I
hereby authorize and empower the Corporate Secretary of the Corporation to
transfer and register in the books of the Corporation my TWO THOUSAND
(2,000) shares hereof in the name of RICHARD ROSALES MATURAN.
I further covenant with The said assignee that I own and have the right to
sell and transfer the title and ownership of the above-described property and will
defend the same against the claims of any and all persons whomsoever.
Lastly, by virtue of the assignment of my share of stock, I hereby
renounce, surrender and relinquish any and all of my rights, shares and interests
pertaining to the GK CAH LENDING CORP. shares that I have hereunto
assigned in favor of RICHARD ROSALES MATURAN.

Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Ramos St., Lalaan II, Silang, Cavite,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby ASSIGN, TRANSFER AND
CONVEY unto the said person all my rights, interest and holdings as to the
following described personal property:
